Read your weekly recap and My stats

Two pages read back what you’ve logged. Weekly recap gives one week at a glance, and My stats takes whatever period you pick and breaks it down. Both sit under My numbers in the left rail.

Weekly recap opens on Your week, for the week running Monday to Sunday.

From the top:

  • Total points for the week, with the dates and your activity count under it.
  • A badge comparing points with the week before, as +12% vs last wk. It only shows when last week had points.
  • A bar for each day. The best day is gold and named underneath, as Best day: W · 14 pts.
  • Your week at a glance, one sentence summing it up.
  • Counts for Set, Opening, Closing and Closed, and Kudos, the number of people who reacted to your entries.
  • Deals closed, each case with its premium and FYC, and the week’s Y1 FYC total.

The arrows beside This week step back up to 12 weeks. Open the info mark beside Your week for when a week counts as finished. Share draws the week onto a card.

My stats is your own breakdown page, the same one that opens when someone taps your row on the leaderboard. It needs your district’s leaderboard module. Without it, the row still shows under My numbers, but the page won’t open for you.

To read a period:

  1. Press My stats under My numbers.
  2. Pick a period: This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days or Custom Range.
  3. Pick what to compare it with beside vs: Prior Period, Same Period Last Month, Same Period Last Year or No Comparison.

It opens on This Week against Prior Period. The page address keeps your choice, so a bookmark or a shared link opens on the same period.

Your yearly FYC target, average case size and pledge sheet sit in a strip under your name. Three small cards link to Streak, Funnel and Recap.

Sales Funnel gives 4 hand-offs: Call → Set, Set → Opening, Opening → Closing and Closing → Closed. Each card shows the rate and the counts behind it.

  • A rate shows a dash when the first step has nothing in the period.
  • A rate fades when the first step holds fewer than 5, because the sample is small.
  • Ratios, a sliders icon on a phone, opens Show / hide ratios. Tick the cards you want. Reset brings all 4 back, and your choice is kept on this device.

This funnel reads the period straight from your history, where the Funnel page works from your 50 most recent entries. See Read your funnel and find the leak.

  • A progress section covering the past 12 weeks, whatever period you picked.
  • Charts of the period, and the pace projection.
  • Activity Log, grouped by day for a period up to 14 days, by week up to 60 days, and by month beyond that. Tap a row to see its entries.
  • Show full-year analytics, folded away until you press it.

Does a backdated entry show up in the recap?

Yes. The recap reads entries by their date, so a backdated set lands in the week it’s dated, even if you logged it days later.

Why does Set → Opening read over 100%?

You logged more openings than sets in that period, which usually means some sets never got logged. On a laptop, point at the rate and its note says the same thing.

Can I see a teammate’s stats?

Yes. Tap their row on the leaderboard, or open their profile and press View Full Activity Breakdown →. Managers also get a Team Member: picker at the top of the page.
