Ask the assistant about your pipeline
The assistant can read your Contacts and make small changes to them. Ask it in the app with Ask anything, the button in the bottom-right corner, or in your Telegram chat with it. Both reach the same book, and you ask the same way.
It works on your own book only. It can’t open another advisor’s contacts, and it isn’t the manager’s Team CRM.
For the assistant in general, see What you can ask the assistant.
Ask where things stand
Section titled “Ask where things stand”These questions read your book and change nothing:
- “how does my pipeline look?” counts the contacts in each stage, with totals.
- “who’s in my pipeline?” lists them. Add a stage, “show me everyone at proposal stage”, or ask for “my clients”.
- “what stage is Jane Tan at?” opens one contact. You get their stage, their fields, their last 5 notes, their last 5 linked activities and up to 5 of their open tasks.
- “what pipelines do I have?” lists your tables, with a count of contacts in each.
A name only has to be part of the name. When it fits more than one contact, the assistant shows you the matches and asks which one you meant.
Find who needs a call
Section titled “Find who needs a call”- “who am I supposed to follow up with today?” lists contacts whose follow-up date is today or earlier, most overdue first.
- “who have I gone quiet on?” looks for people you haven’t been in touch with lately, longest silence first.
The two answer different questions. Follow-ups read the date you set on each contact, so a contact with no date never shows up there. The follow-up list stops at 50, and the assistant says when there were more.
Going quiet is worked out from what you logged: activities, finished tasks and notes on the contact. Anything you never recorded can’t count, and the assistant says so with the answer.
Change a contact in a sentence
Section titled “Change a contact in a sentence”- “add Jane Tan as a new lead” puts her at the end of your first stage. Name a stage to put her somewhere else: “put David in my pipeline at proposal stage”.
- “move Jane to proposal out” moves her card to the end of that stage.
- “note that Jane wants to review in Q4” adds a note to her record.
A phone number or an email you mention is saved into your own Phone or Email field, when your table has one.
When a name matches more than one contact, a move or a note isn’t made. The assistant asks you to say who instead of guessing.
Every one of these can be undone by hand on the Contacts page: delete the contact, drag the card back, or remove the note.
Ask about a table other than your first
Section titled “Ask about a table other than your first”Everything above reads your first table unless you name another. Say it in the question: “who’s in my recruitment pipeline?”, “add Jane Tan to my recruitment pipeline”.
A name that matches none of your tables is refused, and the assistant lists the tables you do have. It never files somebody into a table it guessed.
A card can’t move from one table to another, because a stage belongs to the table it was made in.
For managers: ask about your team
Section titled “For managers: ask about your team”Team CRM has its own assistant, in the middle of the page when no advisor is open. It reads the roster you can already see: each advisor’s score, FYC against target, points this week, active days, activity mix and recent reflections.
Start from one of the suggestions, such as Who needs attention this week? or Which advisors have gone quiet?, or type your own. Enter sends, and Shift and Enter start a new line.
The image button reads the text off a photo into your message. The microphone dictates your question.
History reopens your last 20 conversations, on any device, and New chat clears the screen for a fresh one.
Can the assistant delete a contact?
No. It can add, move and note. Deleting happens on the Contacts page.
Why does “who have I gone quiet on?” miss someone I called yesterday?
The call wasn’t logged anywhere the assistant can see. Log it as an activity linked to them, or add a note to their record.
Does it read my WhatsApp leads too?
Yes, separately. Ask “how many leads are waiting on me?” for the Inbox. See Answer a lead in Conversations.
Can an advisor ask about a teammate’s book?
No. Every contact question reads the book of the person asking, and nobody else’s.
