Approve join requests and invite your team

Join Requests is where people arrive. You make a link, they ask to join with it, and you approve or decline each one. Approving is what adds them to your agency, and what bills a seat.

Only an agency Owner or Manager can open it. Anybody else lands on a card reading Only an agency manager or admin can review join requests.

The link is yours to hand out. It doesn’t add anybody by itself, so a link in a group chat is safe: everyone who uses it still queues for your approval.

To create one:

  1. Open Join Requests.
  2. Type a number in Seat limit, or leave it blank.
  3. Type a number in Expires in (days), or leave it blank.
  4. Press Create invite link.

Both fields take digits only. Blank Seat limit means unlimited, and blank Expires in (days) means never. The row that appears carries the code, a state badge and a Copy link button. The link it copies is your site address plus /join?a= and the code.

A row reads Active while it works, and Seat cap reached, Expired or Revoked once it doesn’t. Revoke is on every live row and kills the link on the spot. It leaves anybody already approved exactly where they are.

Open the info mark beside Agency invite links for what a link holder can actually do.

Each pending row names the email, how they arrived and when. It reads via your agency invite link or via a personal referral link, and it names the person who referred them where there is one. The badge on the right reads 1 seat.

To decide:

  1. Read the row, and who referred them.
  2. Press Approve to add them, or Decline.

Approve confirms the seat is added to your agency and the row leaves the queue. Decline answers with Request declined. Open the info mark beside Approving takes a billable seat for what declining leaves them free to do.

Agency billing sits above the queue and says who pays. The badge reads Agency-funded when your agency plan covers every seat on one bill, and Self-funded when each consultant pays for their own. Open the info mark beside the badge for the one-line version.

A self-funded agency lists every member with their seat state: Active, Trialing, Past due, Cancelled, Suspended, Incomplete or No seat. A seat that stops at the end of the month is marked ending beside the badge.

Take over billing is drawn for the agency Owner and nobody else, so a Manager reads the list without that button. It asks first, and the confirmation says every consultant’s own subscription stops immediately with no refund for the current month, and there’s no setup fee. Press Yes, take over the bill to go through with it.

Does creating an invite link cost anything?

No. A link costs nothing and neither does a request sitting in the queue. The seat is billed when you press Approve.

Can I take a seat back after approving?

Not from this page. Join Requests adds people; it has no remove control.

Somebody used my link but nothing appeared. Why?

Check the link’s state badge. A Revoked, Expired or Seat cap reached link stops taking requests, and the person holding it has to be sent a new one.

A manager says Take over billing isn’t there.

That’s right. Only the agency Owner sees it, and only while the agency is Self-funded.
