Connect Pick a Time, Google Calendar and your booking link
Pick a Time is the booking tool ActivityTracker connects to. Once it’s linked, your bookings and Google Calendar busy times sit on the planner, and your booking page link is saved here for you to copy.
The card is on Integrations, under Account in the left rail. Its top half is
Calendar sync and its bottom half Booking page.
Connect your calendar
Section titled “Connect your calendar”To connect:
- Open
Integrations. - Press
Set upunderCalendar sync. - Sign in to Pick a Time and approve the connection.
- Link your Google Calendar inside Pick a Time, if it asks.
You come back to the planner, where a message starts Pick a Time connected and
names the account. Your calendar is on the timetable from then on.
On Integrations, Calendar sync now reads Connected as with your email, and
Disconnect sits beside it. Open the info mark beside Calendar sync: it brings
Pick a Time bookings and Google Calendar busy times into your planner.
An amber line under Calendar sync means Pick a Time has no Google Calendar attached
yet, so there are no busy times to bring across. Press Finish setup beside it to
link one.
Cancelled halfway? Then nothing links, and the planner tells you so with
Calendar connection cancelled.
Save your booking link
Section titled “Save your booking link”When your Pick a Time account has exactly one booking page, the link fills itself in
once you connect. With several pages, the card lists them and you choose the one
clients should book. With none, Create my booking page takes you to Pick a Time to make one.
Already have a link from somewhere else? Click the box under Booking page, paste
the whole address with the https:// at the front, and press Save.
A saved link sits on the card with Copy and Open beside it. Copy puts it on your
clipboard to send a client, and the pencil lets you change it later. It’s the same
link on your phone and your laptop, because the app carries it across your devices.
What changes elsewhere
Section titled “What changes elsewhere”The planner draws your bookings and calendar events greyed out, and Plan my day
schedules around them. See
Plan your day on the timetable.
The Telegram morning brief adds today’s calendar events at the end. See Telegram commands and the morning brief.
Is this my coaching booking page?
No. That’s a page managers build inside ActivityTracker. See Set up your coaching booking page.
Can I edit a synced meeting from the planner?
No. Synced events are read-only here. Change them in Pick a Time or in Google Calendar.
Why was my pasted link refused?
It didn’t start with https://. Paste the whole address, not just the part after it.
