Why a page or tab is missing for you
Two things decide what you can open: the modules your district has switched on, and your role. A page that’s missing from your rail is missing on purpose, and one of those two is the reason.
Modules your district has on
Section titled “Modules your district has on”A district runs on modules. Each one covers a group of pages, and while it’s off those pages leave the rail and their addresses stop working.
Activity Tracking: the Log page, the activity feed and your closed cases.Leaderboard & Analytics: the club pages and the credit ledgers. My numbersstays in the rail either way.Sales Tools: the pledge sheet and the activity calculators.Income Projection: the income calculator.Commission Calculator: the commission tab inside the income calculator.Manager Income Calculator: the manager calculator.Team Reflections: the reflection pages and the community feed under them.Coaching & Appointment Booking: coaching settings, availability and bookings.Flexi CreditsandPower Credits: the credit pots on the club page.Monthly Leads Report: theLeadstab on the club page.FYC Results: the district FYC results board.Habit Tracker: habit and streak tracking.
What a switched-off module looks like
Section titled “What a switched-off module looks like”What you see depends on what you are.
As an advisor, the row goes from the rail, and the address gives you
Oops! Page not found.
As a manager, you get a page describing the module, with Subscribe Now and
Contact District Admin on it.
As a district admin, you get the same page with Contact Account Manager instead.
Note that this only holds while you’re looking as yourself. A manager or district
admin who has switched into consultant view gets the advisor’s
Oops! Page not found, because the app is showing them what an advisor sees.
Pages your role decides
Section titled “Pages your role decides”Some pages aren’t module-gated at all. They’re role-gated, and the rail leaves them out rather than showing you a door that won’t open.
Team CRMis for agency managers and district admins.- The
Managesection of the rail is for managers and district admins. District switchesin theInbox, and the Tracker Admin pages, are for district admins. See Turn texting, agents, rules or workflows off for the district.
A manager-only address behaves differently from a module-gated one. Typing in
/tracker/crm without a manager role sends you back to the Log page with no
message at all, so a link that keeps bouncing you home is telling you about your
role.
Getting a module switched on
Section titled “Getting a module switched on”The ActivityTracker team switches modules on. There’s no control for it inside the app. A district admin asks their account manager for one, and a manager asks their district admin, who asks the account manager.
Can I switch a module on for myself?
No. Nothing in the app turns a module on for one person, and no district admin turns one on for their own district either.
Is every missing page a switched-off module?
No. Check your role first. Team CRM, Manage and the admin pages are gated on
what you are, not on what your district bought. See
Find your way around for what each
section of the rail holds.
Will my old links work again if the module comes back?
Yes. The addresses never change, so a bookmark that gave you Oops! Page not found
starts working the moment the module is on.
