Replay the tour and the Getting started checklist

A new account gets three things on its first visit: a welcome tour, three setup questions about your targets, and a checklist of one-off tasks that pay coins. All three can be found again later.

The welcome tour

The tour opens by itself the first time you sign in. It runs to 9 slides, and 2 of them, the leaderboard and analytics slides, only show when your district has the leaderboard module on.

Move through it with Next and Back, or tap a dot to jump. The arrow keys and the space bar work too, and Escape skips.

Skip in the top right closes the tour and marks it done. Finishing takes you past the last slide to a card with Set up my account and Skip for now. Either button closes the tour, and the setup questions open next if you haven’t answered them yet.

To replay it:

1. Press your avatar in the top right, then My preferences at the foot of the sheet.
2. Open Onboarding.
3. Press Restart app tour.

Replay the product tour in the ⌘K search box does the same. A replayed tour ends without the setup questions if you’ve already been through them.

The setup questions

Three questions, one at a time: What's your weekly points target?, What's your yearly FYC target? and What's your average case size?. Each has a Use default line under the box.

To run them again:

1. Open My preferences, then Onboarding.
2. Press Restart setup flow.
3. Type your figure into each box and press Next.
4. Press Save & Finish, then Start Tracking.

Caution

The boxes open at 50, 60000 and 1000 whatever your targets are today. Save & Finish writes what’s in them, and the case size saves as a figure you typed. See Set your weekly, FYC and case size targets.

The questions have no close button and ignore a click outside them. Save & Finish is the only way out. The FYC target and case size save as a pair, so both need a figure above 0.

The Getting started checklist

Accounts created on or after 22 July 2026 get the checklist. It lives on the Missions page, and a card on the Log page tracks it, as Getting started · 3/12 with the next task named under it.

Tap the card and the Missions page opens with that next task’s steps already showing. Rewards waiting to be claimed send you to the list instead.

District admins get a 13th, Set your activity points, worth 50.

Tap any unfinished task for its steps and a Take me there button. The app spots most of them being done without your help, but installing on a home screen can slip past it, so that card carries I've done it for you to press. For claiming, see Claim missions and collect badges.

The X on the Log page card hides it for good, on every device. The checklist itself stays on the Missions page.

FAQ

I skipped the tour. Can I still get the 20 coins?

Yes. Skipping marks the tour done, so Finish the welcome tour counts as complete. Claim it on the Missions page.

Why don’t I have a Getting started checklist?

Your account is older than 22 July 2026, or you’ve claimed every task. The card also disappears once all 12 are done.

Will replaying the tour change my targets?

No. The tour only shows slides, and your targets stay exactly as they were unless you go through Restart setup flow and save.
