Read the FYC leaderboard

The points leaderboard ranks effort. The FYC tab ranks what that effort earned: the first-year commission on the cases people logged as closed.

It’s a tab of the performance dashboard, at /tracker/club/fyc. Your district may call the metric something other than FYC, and the tab and the table headings then use that word.

Note that this tab is a district module. If it isn’t there, see Why a page or tab is missing for you.

Everyone in every agency of your district, even when your points leaderboard only shows your own agency. Suspended accounts and people not yet approved are left out.

Someone your district keeps off the leaderboard is left off this tab too, though you always see your own row.

FYC Hall of Fame at the top puts the first 3 on a podium, with the period under the heading: Year-to-Date 2026, or a month such as September 2026.

Under it, My MTD FYC Rank and My YTD FYC Rank each read a position such as #6. The month card follows the month you pick, and the year card always reads the current year.

MTD and YTD sit above the table. The tab opens on YTD, and the device remembers whichever you pick last.

To look at an earlier month:

  1. Press MTD.
  2. Pick the month from the first dropdown.
  3. Pick the year from the second, which offers this year and the 2 before it.

Months still ahead of today are greyed out. Now appears once you’ve moved away from the current month, and takes you back to it.

The line under the toolbar counts the consultants showing and adds up their FYC.

The table opens with rank, Name, Agency and Total FYC, then Run Rate and FYC Goal. Your row carries a You badge and a coloured edge.

Total FYC is the sum of the FYC on every case logged as Closed in the period. It’s the same activity log your profile reads. Hover the heading for the rule.

Total Actual FYC is different. It holds results a manager or admin entered by hand through Data entry, and the column stays hidden until somebody enters some. Once it shows, the heading carries the date it was last updated.

FYC Goal is the yearly FYC target on each person’s profile. See Set your weekly, FYC and case size targets.

Run Rate takes the FYC booked on closed cases over a recent window and scales it to a full year. The window sits under the heading, as 30d, 60d, 90d or 6m, and it opens on 90d.

That window is separate from MTD and YTD. A dash means no closed cases fell inside it.

When a person has an FYC goal, the figure is coloured against it. Green is 90% of the goal or more, amber is 70% or more, and red is below that.

Column Visibility ticks columns on and off. The product columns start hidden, which are HSG + Life FYC, CS FYC and A&H FYC and their case counts. So do Consultant Type and Tags/Achievements.

On a computer you can drag a heading sideways to reorder the columns. Right-click a heading for Reset columns to default. Total FYC can’t be hidden.

Note that column choices live on the device you set them on.

Search by name or agency... filters the rows as you type. Filters narrows by Category, such as Full-time or Manager, and by Tags, such as MDRT or New FC. Press Apply to use them.

Filters also change the rank cards, because your rank is counted among the people still showing. A search doesn’t.

Export to PDF asks how to lay out the product columns, then which rows to take. Top 15 (current sorting) takes the first 15 in whatever order the table is in.

Why is my FYC here different from what the agency announced?

Total FYC counts what you logged. The announced figure is the official result, and it shows in Total Actual FYC once a manager has entered it.

Why does my rank card show a dash?

A filter has taken you off the board. Clear Filters and your rank comes back.

Who can see my numbers?

Everyone in your district. The tab is district-wide on purpose.

What’s Data entry?

The button managers and admins use to enter official results. Advisors don’t see it. See Enter FYC results for the district.
