Pair up as a duo

Two advisors who run appointments together used to log the same case twice, or agree that one of them wouldn’t. Tag-teaming is the answer to that.

Your duo page is at /tracker/duo, and the heading reads Your duo. It draws both pets on one platform once you’re paired.

The duo gets the full points, the full FYC and the full case count. Each of you gets half of each on your own stats.

One joint activity is written as 2 rows, one per partner, each holding half the points and half the FYC. That’s why a tag-teamer’s points can look low next to their activity count.

To read the rule in the app, open the info mark beside How tag-teaming works.

Pairing is instant. There’s no invite to accept and nothing to wait for.

  1. Open /tracker/duo.
  2. Type a name into Search teammates… under Find your partner.
  3. Press Tag-team beside them.

They get a notification saying it happened, and either of you can break it up at any time.

Note that you can only tag-team somebody in your own district, and a pair can only have 1 duo between them.

Once you’re paired the search box stays, relabelled Tag-team another teammate. Pair with as many people as you like.

Log a joint case on the duo page arms duo mode and drops you on the Log page.

From then on, the partner button in the row above the grid reads that partner’s name instead of Solo. A banner above the grid names who you’re logging with, and a Solo button beside it switches back.

With more than 1 partner, the button cycles: press it to move from Solo to the first pact, then the second, then back to Solo.

Logging a closed case works the same way, except the dialog itself asks which partner the case belongs to. Enter the whole FYC there and let the app halve it.

If your partner already logged that activity for the duo today, the app says so and logs nothing. Add your own learnings to their case instead.

Once paired, 4 tiles sit under the pets: duo pts today, duo pts this week, duo FYC this week and duo cases this week.

Each tile carries the duo’s whole figure. Your own half shows up on the leaderboard and on your profile.

With several partners, Your partners lists them all with the count, and each chip has a cross that breaks that one pact. The tiles read your first pact only, and the page says so.

Duos sits under the individual table on Leaderboard. It ranks pairs by the work they did together. To read what it counts, open the info mark beside Duos.

Solo work never reaches it. A handshake chip on someone’s individual row names their partner.

Break up the duo at the foot of the page ends the pact you’re reading. With several partners, use the cross on that partner’s chip instead.

The app asks you to confirm, and names who it’s about.

Does my partner have to accept?

No. Pairing lands straight away and they’re told about it. If they’d rather not, they break it up from their own duo page.

Can I tag-team somebody in another district?

No. The search only offers people in your district.

What happens if I tag-team the same person twice?

Nothing new. A pair holds 1 pact, so the second press lands you back on the one you already have.

Why is my FYC half what I entered?

You entered the duo’s figure, which is right. The app halves it on each side, and the duo’s own tiles show the whole.
