Open an advisor's coaching file

Team CRM is the coaching console: your roster down the left, an advisor’s file in the middle. It’s the Team CRM pill on the Performance Dashboard strip, beside Analytics and Manager.

Only managers reach it. Anybody else who tries the address is sent to Log.

The roster lists everybody in your district’s agencies, worst first. Each row carries a status dot, when they last logged, and their coaching score out of 10.

  1. Open Team CRM.
  2. Narrow the list with All, Attention, Monitor or On track, which each carry a count.
  3. Or type into Search advisors….
  4. Press the name.

The dropdown on the right of the filter row reorders the roster: Attention, Lowest score, Highest FYC or Last active. If the roster is empty, check your district in the switcher, because the roster only ever shows your district’s agencies.

Opening an advisor gives them their own address, so you can cmd-click two people into tabs before a block of 1-to-1s. Under their name sits the verdict and the one next action.

The tabs are Notes, Tasks, Overview, Goals, Activity and Reflections. Win Financial Group gets a seventh, Learnings. Drag a tab to move it, and the order sticks for you on every advisor you open after that. Notes leads by default, because it’s the only tab you write to.

Four tiles. FYC (30d) shows what they’ve booked and what percentage of target that is; press the line under it to type a target, or clear it. Coaching score is out of 10. Active days reads as a count out of 30. This week is points against their weekly goal.

How is this worked out? under the score opens the arithmetic: Activity scores 3 (20 logged days out of 30 is full marks), Momentum 3 (points this week against the weekly goal), FYC 2 and Reflections 2 (4 shared in the last 4 weeks is full marks). A score is capped at 5.0 once 7 days pass with nothing logged, whatever the history says. No weekly goal or no FYC target scores neutral rather than zero.

Activity points per week under the tiles is the last 8 weeks as bars, with a dashed line at the weekly goal. Hover a bar for its dates. The line below counts how many of the 8 weeks cleared the goal.

Activity mix counts Calls, Appointments set, Openings, Closings, Cases closed, Referrals, Client servicing and Social posts over 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. Under the bars it reads the conversion out as calls, then sets, then closed, with the set-to-close and call-to-close percentages.

More closes than logged sets earns a line saying so. That’s book business or under-logging, and it’s worth asking about rather than reading as a number.

Only what the advisor chose to share with the district, and the tab says so. The line at the top counts how many of the last 8 weeks have a submission.

Their routines and their goals, on one tab. See Assign a task to the whole team for what you can change there.

Prep me sits beside their name. It reads their score, activity, goals, reflections and your recent notes, then writes the opener, two questions in their own words, the coaching move and one thing to recognise.

The briefing lives in the tab until you keep it. Press Save as note and it lands in their file as a coaching note visible only to you. The button then reads Refresh prep.

Present fills the screen and hides the roster, the briefing rail and the page chrome, so the advisor never sees another advisor’s name or score. Exit present or Escape brings it back.

With nobody open, the right rail carries Daily briefing with the team score out of 10, Generate AI briefing for 3 bullets on today, Needs you this week with the 4 lowest scores, Team assignments, and Personality coverage counting who has a FourLens profile on file. The rail folds away once you open an advisor, and it isn’t drawn below 1024px wide.

Can an advisor see their own coaching score?

Not on this page. Team CRM is manager-only. What they do read is the coaching file itself, covered in Write up a 1-to-1.

Why is somebody’s FYC target refusing to save?

They’re in another agency. Only their own agency can set their target, and the error says so by name.

Is the coaching score an AI guess?

No. It’s the four measured parts added up, and the breakdown shows every one of them, so you can check it in front of the advisor.

Somebody’s Reflections tab is empty. Are they not writing them?

You can’t tell from here. The tab shows only the reflections they chose to share with the district.
