Redeem Activity Credits in My Finance
My Finance is where your credits turn into something you can use elsewhere. It
shows every balance in one place and sends your Activity Credits across to the
Points System as AFC.
The page is at /tracker/redeem, and its row in the menu is Rewards, under
Play.
Note that Rewards and the My Finance page aren’t switched on in every
district. Where yours doesn’t have them, the Rewards row isn’t in your menu,
and the address reads You don't have access to this page. Nothing on this page
applies to you then. District modules are switched on by the ActivityTracker
team.
Read your balances
Section titled “Read your balances”My Finance Overview at the top holds 4 tiles: Activity Credits,
Win Credits (W$), FXC (Spendable) and Locked AFC.
The eye in its corner hides every figure behind dots, for when someone is looking over your shoulder. Press it again to bring them back.
Activity Credits is the same balance the Credits tab calls your flexi credits,
where your district has that tab. It shows to 1 decimal place. To read the rate,
open the info mark beside Activity Credits on the card below the banner.
For how that balance fills up and how to ask for more, see Ask for flexi or power credits.
Send them to the Points System
Section titled “Send them to the Points System”The Activity Credits card shows Available Credits and a line saying how much
AFC you’ll receive. The rate is 1 for 1.
To redeem:
- Open
My Finance. - Press
Redeem to AFC, which shows your balance in brackets. - Read
Confirm Redemption. - Press
Send to Points System.
Redeeming sends your whole balance, and it can’t be undone. There’s no box for a smaller amount.
The button spins while it sends. When it lands, your Activity Credits drop to 0 and the message that follows names the AFC you received.
Read the Support Hub card
Section titled “Read the Support Hub card”Flexi Credits (Support Hub) sits beside the Activity Credits card, with
FXC Spendable and AFC Locked. Open the info mark beside its title for which
of the 2 you can spend.
When some of your AFC has an expiry date, an amber line under the balances names the amount and the date it expires.
Check what moved
Section titled “Check what moved”Transaction History at the foot of the page has 3 tabs.
Activity is your Activity Credits ledger, shortened to Act. on a phone. AFC
lists every AFC movement, newest first. FXC lists what moved on your FXC balance
in the Support Hub, and tags each row with a type such as Purchase, Refund or
Deduction.
Can I redeem only some of my credits?
No. The button always sends the full balance.
The redemption failed. Did I lose anything?
No. The message says what went wrong. Your balance is only cleared after the Points System accepts the credits, so a failed send leaves it where it was.
Why does Win Credits (W$) always read W$0.00?
This page doesn’t fill that tile in, so it reads W$0.00 for everyone.
The button says No Credits to Redeem.
Your Activity Credits balance is 0. Logging activity earns more, unless your district has switched auto-earn off.
Who approves a request for more credits?
An app owner or an admin, inside your district. Being a manager isn’t enough on its own. See Ask for flexi or power credits.
