Log an activity and earn points

The Log page is a grid of tiles, one per activity your district tracks. Tapping a tile writes the entry, adds its points and moves your week along.

To log an activity:

  1. Open Log.
  2. Tap the tile for what you did, such as Set or Opening.

The tile picks up a gold border and a gold bubble rises above it with a line like Keep going!. From then on a flame badge in its top left counts the times you’ve logged that activity today, as 3x, and the badge in the top right is what one tap is worth, as +5.

By default Set and Referral are worth 1 point, Client Servicing 2, Opening 3, Closing 4 and Closed 5. Your district can rename the tiles and change the points, so yours may read differently.

Tapping Closed opens a form instead of logging straight away. See Log a closed case.

The grid is the same, three tiles across. Log in the bottom bar takes you there.

The date button above the grid reads Today. Give it a past day and every tap after that lands on that day.

To backdate:

  1. Press Today.
  2. Pick the day in the calendar.
  3. Tap your tiles as usual.
  4. Press Today in the amber banner to come back to now.

The button itself now reads the day you picked, such as 12 Sep, and the amber banner above the grid names it in full. Days ahead of today are greyed out in the calendar. You can date an entry backwards, never forwards.

Bulk swaps the one-tap grid for a count per activity, for when you sit down and enter a whole day together.

To log a batch:

  1. Press Bulk.
  2. Tap a tile once per activity, or use the minus and plus buttons beside its count.
  3. Press Log Selected.

A bar under the grid totals what you’ve picked and what it’s worth, and Clear empties the selection. Pressing Enter anywhere outside a field logs the batch too. The Bulk button now reads Quick, which is the way back to one-tap logging.

Undo sits at the top left of the log card, opposite the date button, and appears once you have something to undo. It deletes your most recent entry and takes back the points and credits it earned.

After a batch the button reads Undo Bulk (3) and removes all 3 entries together. Note that Undo only ever reaches the last thing you logged. For anything older, see Edit or delete something you logged.

The sliders button beside Bulk opens Show / Hide Activities, a switch per activity. Switch one off and its tile leaves the grid.

Reordering happens on the grid itself, not in that panel. Hold a tile, drag it where you want it and press Done. Note that hidden tiles follow your account onto every device, while the order is stored on the device you set it on.

Can I log the same activity more than once a day?

Yes. Tap the tile again. The flame badge counts how many times you’ve logged it today.

Can I log Story or Hangout from the grid?

No. Story, Hangout and Roleplay are left out of the quick grid, out of Bulk, and out of Show / Hide Activities.

Does Undo take the points back?

Yes. The entry goes, and the points and credits it earned go with it.
