Read the leaderboard and how points rank you

Leaderboard is the first tab of the performance dashboard, at /tracker/club/leaderboard. It ranks everyone in your scope by the points they logged in the window you pick.

A district module switches the whole dashboard on, so if the tab isn’t there for you, see Why a page or tab is missing for you.

Two cards sit above the table. My Weekly Rank and My Monthly Rank each read a position such as #4, or Not Ranked when you’ve logged nothing in the window.

Under them, Hall of Fame puts the top 3 on a podium with their names and their weekly points.

A strip above the table reads You're #4 of 18 this week. Press it and the app draws a share card of that rank.

Your row carries a You badge and a tinted background. The rank in the first column is the row’s place in the list, so page 2 carries on from 20.

Each activity has a short column: SET, CALL, OPEN, CLOSE and CLOSED are the 5 shown to start with. Pts, Pledge and Target % are on too.

Click a row and it drops open a count for every activity, hidden columns and all. The arrow at the end of the row opens that person’s full breakdown page.

The face opens their stats; the corgi beside it opens their member card, with the pet, the goals and a 7-day trend.

A handshake chip after someone’s name means they’re tag-teaming, and joint work is split 50/50. See Pair up as a duo.

To change what the table shows:

  1. Press Columns at the top right of the table.
  2. Tick or untick a row under Show / Hide Columns.

There’s a checkbox per activity and per fixed column.

Points, Pledge and Target % start ticked, and Avg/Day and Avg/Week are offered once averages are on. One column always has to stay on.

Note that your column choices live on the device you set them on. Open the board on your phone and it starts from the defaults again.

Cards, in the row above the table beside Pledge threshold:, swaps the table for one card per person. The table pages at 20 rows, cards at 12.

The dropdown at the top of the page opens on This Week. The rest are Last Week, Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days, This Month, Last Month, This Year and Last Year.

Custom opens a 2-month calendar. Pick a start and an end, then press Apply. Days ahead of today are greyed out.

Pledge threshold: sets the share of a pledged weekly target that counts as a hit. It opens on 30% and offers 20 up to 80.

The Target % column then reads ✓ Hit or ✗ Miss for anyone with a pledge, with their points over the target under it. Somebody with no pledge reads as a dash.

Baseline at the top right of the card swaps the ranking for a miss count per person, over a run of past weeks.

The slider runs from 10% to 100% in steps of 5 and opens on 30%. To read what it does, open the info mark beside Pledge threshold:.

Analyze from: takes 2 week numbers, opening on 4 weeks ago to 1 week ago, and neither goes past 52. On a phone that becomes Week Range, a sheet of 6 presets.

Each person’s row gives the weeks missed, the miss rate and the weeks checked, then Recent Performance: as a strip of HIT and MISS boxes.

Export opens Export Reports, which downloads the Leaderboard, the Activity Feed or a Performance Summary.

Why is somebody’s points total lower than their activity count suggests?

They’re tag-teaming. A joint activity is written as 2 rows, each holding half the points, so the pair gets the whole and each person gets half.

Where are the pairs ranked?

Under the table, in Duos. To see what it counts, open the info mark beside Duos. It reads joint work only, so solo work never reaches it.

Can I see one agency at a time?

Yes, if your district ranks across agencies. The button reads All Agencies and opens Filter by Agency, with Mine and All shortcuts. The last ticked agency can’t be unticked.

What are Analytics, Manager and Team CRM?

Manager surfaces. They only appear for agency managers, admins and the app owner.

How do I get to the pets from here?

Party in the same row as the window dropdown. It opens the town, with every house and the park.
