Change your profile, photo and personal email

Your profile lives in a sheet rather than on a page. Press your avatar at the top right of any page and My Profile slides in from the side.

The top of the sheet holds your photo, your name, the email you sign in with, a personal email and the words you keep for motivation. Everything here saves the moment you press Save.

Change your photo

To put up a new one:

1. Press your avatar in the header to open My Profile.
2. Press the round photo at the top of the sheet.
3. Choose an image from your device.
4. Drag it into place and use the slider to zoom.
5. Press Save.

Crop Profile Photo crops to a circle. Open the info mark beside the title for the short version, and press the reset arrow beside the slider to start over.

The sheet takes JPEG, PNG, WebP and GIF files. An image has to be under 5 MB, and a bigger one is refused before the crop opens.

The new photo shows on your avatar straight away, and the message reads Profile photo updated!.

Add or change your personal email

Your personal email sits under your login email. It reads Add personal email until you set one.

To set it:

1. Open My Profile.
2. Press Add personal email, or the address already there.
3. Type the address.
4. Press Save.

An address the app can’t read as an email is refused with a message. Clear the box and press Save to remove it.

Note that saving a personal email leaves the address you sign in with exactly where it was.

Add your quote, your why and a vision board

Below the emails is a dashed box reading Add your personal quote, why, or vision board. Press it and 3 fields open.

Personal Quote / Mantra holds up to 300 characters. The field under it, for why you do this work, holds up to 500. Vision Board Link takes a web address.

Press Save and the three show as a card on your profile. A link that starts with http or https turns into View My Vision Board.

To change them later, hover the card and press the pencil in its corner.

Note

Your name and your login email aren’t editable here. They’re changed from the admin dashboard: ask your district admin about your name, and your agency Owner about your login email.

FAQ

Can I change my name myself?

No. There’s no name field on the profile sheet. Ask your district admin.

Why was my photo refused?

It was over 5 MB, or not a JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF. Export a smaller copy and try again.
