Sign in, create an account and reset your password

ActivityTracker signs you in with an email address and a password. There’s no open sign-up, so a new account always starts from an invite.

Sign in

To sign in:

1. Open the ActivityTracker sign-in page.
2. Type your Email and Password.
3. Press Sign In.

You land on your home page. If a link sent you to sign in first, you go back to that link instead.

A suspended account can’t get past this card. The message reads This account has been suspended. Contact your agency Owner to be reinstated.

Create an account

Create an account only appears under Sign In when you arrived through an invite: your agency’s invite link, or a personal link from a teammate. Without one, the page has no way to make an account.

To create one:

1. Open the invite link you were sent.
2. Press its join button. The sign-in page opens on Create your account.
3. Type Your name, Email and Password.
4. Press Create account.

The password needs at least 6 characters. If the email already has an account, the app says so and switches you to Sign In.

A new account opens nothing on its own. It waits until your manager approves you into the agency. See Join your agency with an invite link.

If someone set up your account for you

An admin who creates your account gives you a temporary password. Sign in with it and Set Your Password opens before anything else. Type your new password into New Password and Confirm Password, then press Set Password & Continue. The same page appears after an admin resets your password for you.

A teammate who bought seats can invite you by email instead. Its link opens You're invited to ActivityTracker, where you fill in Create a password and Confirm password, then press Set my password.

Reset a forgotten password

To reset it:

1. Press Forgot your password? under Sign In.
2. Type your email and press Send Reset Email.
3. Open the email and follow its link.
4. Type the new password into New password and again into Confirm password.
5. Press Update password.

The eye button inside New password shows what you’ve typed. Once the password is saved you’re sent back to Sign In to use it.

Note

A reset link works once. A used or old link opens This link has expired, and Back to sign in takes you to request a fresh one.

FAQ

Can I sign up without an invite?

No. Create an account only shows for someone who arrived through an invite link. Ask your manager for one.

My new password keeps getting refused. Why?

Check its length and the second box. It needs 6 characters or more, and both boxes have to match exactly.

I’m signed in and want to change my password. Is this the place?

No. This page is for getting in. A signed-in password change lives in the Security section of your profile. See Change your password.
