Join your agency with an invite link

An invite link doesn’t let you in by itself. It puts your name in front of the agency’s manager, and their approval is what opens ActivityTracker for you.

Links come in two kinds. Your manager’s agency link joins that agency and nothing else. A personal link from a teammate asks what you want to do first.

The page reads You're invited to join and the agency’s name.

To join:

  1. Open the link.
  2. Press Sign in to join.
  3. Create your account, or sign in if you already have one.
  4. Back on the invite page, press Join with the agency’s name after it.

Already signed in? Then step 2 is the Join button itself. Next comes Request sent, and the card names the agency that has your request.

Open the app before you’re approved and you get Access Request Pending. Two stages sit on it, Registration Submitted and Admin Review, over a line that reads Usually takes 1-2 business days.

Careful with Back to Sign In: it signs you out. After the approval, just open ActivityTracker again. The pending page checks your status as it loads and sends you on to Log.

This page names the person who sent it, and offers two buttons:

  • Start my own agency opens the plans, for running a team of your own.
  • Ask to join with their agency’s name sends a request to their manager, the same as an agency link.

The green badge promises coins once your account is active. The 100 coins are paid once a manager approves you or your seat is paid for. Asking alone pays nothing.

A link that has stopped working opens Link no longer works, with the reason on the card:

  • This invite link has reached its seat limit.
  • This invite link has expired.
  • This invite link was revoked.
  • This invite link isn't valid.

None of these can be fixed from your side. Ask your manager for a new link.

You can have up to 5 requests waiting at once. A sixth is refused until one of them has been answered.

You can belong to one agency at a time. If you’re already in one, the page reads You're already in with that agency’s name, and offers Request transfer.

Your new manager approves the transfer, and approval moves you across. Cancel leaves you where you are.

Can I use the app while my request is waiting?

No. Every page sends you to Access Request Pending until a manager approves you.

I pressed Join twice. Did I send two requests?

No. A second request to the same agency counts as the one already waiting.

Who approves me?

A manager of the agency the link belongs to. See Approve join requests and invite your team for what they see.
