Read the Inbox reports
Reports is the fifth tab of Inbox. It counts what happened on WhatsApp over a
window of days: conversations opened and closed, how
long leads waited for an answer, how many messages went each way, and how far
leads got.
The tab covers every sheet you can see, not only the business in the picker, which is why the picker isn’t drawn here. An advisor sees their own sheets, and a district admin sees the whole district. WhatsApp groups aren’t counted.
Choose a report and a window
Section titled “Choose a report and a window”To open a report:
- Open
Inbox, thenReports. - Pick a report along the top:
Conversations,Responses,Resolutions,Messages,LifecycleorFunnel. - Pick a range from the box under it:
Last 7 days,Last 14 days,Last 30 daysorLast 90 days.
The tab opens on Last 14 days, and the dates the range covers sit beside it.
Leaderboard and Advisors join the row only when you can see somebody else’s
sheet.
Every number, Every advisor and Every campaign narrow the figures, and each one
appears only when the window holds more than one to choose from. A button such as
Clear 2 takes them all off. The round arrow at the end of the row reads the
window again. A lead who came with no source is counted under Direct.
A window holds the conversations that opened in it, closed in it, or heard from the
lead in it. Only the first kind count as Opened, so the list at the bottom can be
longer than that tile. The last day on every chart is shaded, because today isn’t
over.
Conversations
Section titled “Conversations”The tiles are Opened, Closed, Still open and Median time to close. Under them,
Opened and closed draws both by day, and Opened, by hour shows the busiest hours
of the week, Monday first.
The last chart, Opened, splits the count by Lead sheet, WhatsApp number,
Advisor, Campaign or Stage. Only the choices that actually split this window
are offered, and past 8 groups the rest share one called Other.
Responses
Section titled “Responses”The tiles are Average first reply, Median first reply, Average reply and
Unanswered. A reply is any message from your side that follows one of theirs,
whether you, an AI agent or a reply rule wrote it.
When something is unanswered, an amber line says how many, how many of those were
never messaged by you at all, and how many sit on one number when half or more do.
Slowest first replies names the 8 leads who waited longest.
Resolutions
Section titled “Resolutions”Everything here is measured from a close. A conversation counts as closed once its
Assistant setting under Details is Closed, whoever closed it. A window with
nothing closed says so rather than drawing empty charts.
The tiles are Average time to close, Median time to close, Closed and
Messages to close.
Messages
Section titled “Messages”The tiles are Received, Sent, Automatic and By a person.
Received, by number and Sent, by number rank your WhatsApp numbers by volume.
Lifecycle
Section titled “Lifecycle”The tiles are Conversion, Time to won, Drop-off and Time to lost. The stage
here is the one set under Where they are in a thread’s Details, not the column on
your Contacts board.
Funnel counts how many reached New, Replied, Booked and Won, with the rate
from each step to the next. Lost leads are counted in Drop-off instead. A lead who
wrote back counts as Replied even if their stage still says New, and an amber line
says how many are like that.
Funnel
Section titled “Funnel”Funnel reads your Contacts board rather than the
thread’s stage: how many cards arrived in the window, how many column moves there
were, and how many entered each column. Every total carries its per-week rate
beside it, because a target is set per week and the window is whatever you
picked. With more than one book, Every pipeline at the top narrows it to one.
Compare advisors
Section titled “Compare advisors”Leaderboard ranks the top 10 advisors on Conversations opened, Messages sent
and Average first reply, fastest first. Conversations closed joins them once
anybody has closed one. Advisors puts every advisor in one table. A conversation
belongs to the advisor whose sheet it’s on.
Open the conversation behind a figure
Section titled “Open the conversation behind a figure”Conversations, Responses, Resolutions and Lifecycle each end in a list of
the conversations behind them. Press a row, or the lead’s name, to open that thread
in Conversations.
Press Opened, Closed, First reply, Time to close or In / out to sort by
it, and press it again to flip the order. Rows offers 5, 10, 25 or 50 at a time,
and 10 is the default. On a phone the list keeps the columns that say who, which
stage and how fast. A figure shown as -- has nothing
to measure yet.
Why doesn’t picking a business change the numbers?
Reports cover every sheet you can see at once. Use Every number, Every advisor
or Every campaign to narrow them.
Does an AI agent’s reply count toward first reply time?
Yes. Any message from your side that answers one of theirs counts, whoever wrote it.
Why is there no Leaderboard for me?
Every sheet you can see is your own, so a ranking would have one name in it.
The report says there’s nothing in this window. What now?
Press Show last 90 days under the message to widen it. If the filters are what
emptied it, the message says so and offers Clear filters instead.
