Ask for flexi or power credits

Credits are the second currency, and they’re nothing to do with Biscuit’s coins. They sit on the performance dashboard, at /tracker/club/flexi-credits.

There are 2 pots, and each one is its own district module. With only flexi on, the tab reads Flexi Credits. With only power on, Power Credits. With both on it reads Credits and the pots become an inner strip.

Flexi credits arrive on their own as you log. Your district sets the rate, and these are the defaults it starts from.

10 activity points earn 1 flexi credit. Reach your weekly goal and a bonus lands worth a tenth of that goal, rounded down. Submit your first weekly reflection and 2 more credits land.

A district can switch auto-earn off. That stops activity points earning and stops the weekly goal bonus, and the reflection bonus carries on paying either way.

Power credits never earn themselves. They move only when a request is approved or somebody adjusts a balance by hand.

1 power credit is $12, and an hour of help is credited at the same $12 an hour. So hours and credits are the same number.

Every power surface prints dollars because of it. Flexi credits print as a plain count, to 1 decimal.

Your Flexi Credits and Your Power Credits each carry your balance and a Make a request button.

  1. Open the Credits tab and pick the pot.
  2. Press Make a request.
  3. Choose Top-up or Deduction.
  4. Type the amount.
  5. Write a Reason.
  6. Press Ask for a top-up, or Ask for a deduction.

The line under the direction buttons says which way the balance moves, so read it before you send. A deduction bigger than your balance is refused on the spot.

Reason is required and has to run to at least 5 characters. More details is optional and holds up to 4,000 characters.

On a power request, Ask in switches between By hours and By amount. Either way the app prints what it’s about to send. To read the rate, open the info mark beside Ask in.

Supporting files takes images and PDFs. Paste a screenshot, drag a file in, or press Attach a receipt or photo.

Note that each file stops at 15MB, and one request carries 6 of them.

The request is saved first and the files go up after it. If one fails to attach, the toast says so and you add it again from the row.

Your last 10 requests sit under Your recent requests. Each reads Waiting on a decision, Approved, Declined or Cancelled, with the amount and how long ago it went.

A request still waiting has a Cancel button. Cancelling takes it off the queue and moves no credits.

Your Flexi Credits History under the board is your own ledger, which answers where a balance came from.

The leaderboard ranks running balances, so there’s no window to pick. Press a row to open that person’s transactions.

A board where nobody holds anything reads No flexi credits earned yet. rather than crowning whoever sorted first.

Flexi Credits requests sits above everything else for anyone who can act on it, with a badge counting what’s waiting. Oldest asks come first, because it’s a queue.

Each row names the person, the direction, the amount, the reason, the longer details and any files. Optional note back to them… goes back with the decision.

Approve moves the credits and writes the ledger row in the same step, so a request can never read approved with nothing having moved.

The last 8 decisions stay under Recently settled.

Does a request notify anybody?

Yes. The app messages the district’s admins on Telegram once the request is saved. The toast tells you whether that message landed.

My district turned auto-earn off. Do I still get the reflection bonus?

Yes. Only activity points and the weekly goal bonus are gated on auto-earn. The weekly reflection bonus pays whatever that switch says.

Can a balance go below zero?

Yes, on power credits. An adjustment can take somebody past zero, and the figure then prints with the minus in front of the dollar sign.

Why can’t I see the Credits tab at all?

Neither pot is switched on for your district. See Why a page or tab is missing for you.
