Read the bulletin

The Bulletin is where your district and your agency put what everyone needs: forms and links, announcements and events, and the day’s industry news. District admins and agency managers post. Everybody else reads.

To open it:

  1. In the rail, open Workspace.
  2. Under Learning, press Bulletin.

It opens on Memos. News and Industry are the other two tabs.

Memos holds the forms, infosheets and links your managers add. Essentials sit at the top, and the rest is grouped by collection.

Press a file or a link and it opens straight away. A note opens on a page of its own. Press Memos at the top to go back. Type in Search memos, forms and links to find one by name.

News lists the announcements, memos, updates and events posted to your district or your agency. A dot marks a post you haven’t opened, and Pinned ones stay on top. Press All, Announcements, Memos, Updates or Events to show one kind.

Opening a post marks it read. Some posts ask for more, and say Please confirm you have read this in the list.

To confirm one:

  1. Open the post.
  2. Press I have read this at the bottom.

The person who posted it sees who has confirmed and who hasn’t yet.

An event shows its date and place. Press Going or Can't make it, and the list shows your answer under the event. If the post shows Answer on the event page, press it and answer there. Add to calendar downloads it as a calendar file.

Industry carries Singapore news picked each morning, on topics such as CPF and retirement, healthcare costs and scams. Each story gives you what happened and a Talking point. Most also have a message under For a client.

  • Where your device can share, Share with a client opens its share sheet with the message in it.
  • Elsewhere the button reads Copy message and copies it.

Fill in [Client name] and [Your name] before you send it. Read on, with the source’s name, opens the full article.

Can I post to the bulletin?

Only district admins and agency managers can. If you can, New post shows on the News tab.

Why is Memos empty?

Nobody has shared anything with you yet. It fills as your managers add forms, infosheets and links.
