Sort candidates after an interview
Interview outcomes lists the candidates from your past briefings and second
interviews who still need a verdict. You pick one outcome for each, and Apply
moves their card and queues their next message.
It shows on any inbox whose candidates booked a briefing or a second interview
through Pick a Time. A
candidate is listed while their card still sits in Scheduled first interview
or Booked for second interview, for interviews in the last 30 days.
Open Interview outcomes
Section titled “Open Interview outcomes”To open it:
- Open
Inboxon the business your candidates book through. - Press the wrench beside
Search. Its name isBoard tools. - Press
Interview outcomes. The number beside it is how many candidates are waiting.
The line only shows while somebody is waiting. When the business posts its
bookings to a Lark group, that group also gets a reminder at 8pm Singapore time
on any day candidates are still waiting, with a Sort them now button that
opens the screen.
Sort each candidate
Section titled “Sort each candidate”Candidates sit under the interview they booked, headed Briefing or
Second interview and its time. The recording link beside it opens that
interview’s recording, and no recording found means none matched the time.
Each candidate carries a chip read from the recording: Recording: no show,
Recording: attended or Not detected. A no-show comes with No show already
picked, so check it before you apply.
To sort a candidate:
- Press
Suitable,No showorLost. After a second interview,SuitablereadsShortlisted, and there’s alsoStill considering. - For
Suitable, pickInternship,Full-timeorAdvisor FINternshipunderForm to send. ForShortlisted, the same choice sits underLetter to send. - Read the message in the box, and change any words you want.
- For
Lost, type a reason. It’s required, saved on the card and never sent. - Press
Apply.
The row then reads Done: and says what happened, such as
moved to No show, message queued, sends at the next slot.
What each outcome does
Section titled “What each outcome does”Suitableafter a briefing moves the card toFirst interview done, KIV. The message asks for the personality questionnaire and the form for their track.Shortlistedafter a second interview moves it toSecond interview done, shortlisted. The message is the letter of offer to sign and send back as a PDF.Still consideringafter a second interview also moves it toSecond interview done, shortlisted. The message sends the links to read and offers another call.No showmoves it toNo show. After a briefing, the message has the link to pick a new time. After a second interview, it asks them to reply, and the agent finds a new time.Lostmoves it toLostand closes the conversation. Nothing is sent. The reason goes on the card and the thread.
Each message joins the number’s queue and goes out at its next allowed slot,
inside its daily pace and cap. Clearing a batch at
night is safe. After any outcome but Lost, the chat goes back to the agent,
because every one of those messages asks for a reply.
Internship or full-time
Section titled “Internship or full-time”Form to send decides what a briefing’s Suitable asks for:
Internshipsends the internship form, with a link to the FINternship page.Full-timesends the careers form, for sales, marketing and other full-time roles, with a link to the careers page. The card is taggedfull-time-track, so the later steps follow that track.Advisor FINternshipsends the letter of offer for the 10-week Advisor FINternship instead of a form. The card moves toSecond interview done, shortlisted.
Letter to send does the same after a second interview. Internship sends the
FINternship letter of offer. Full-time sends the letter for the 12-week
financial adviser training. Advisor FINternship sends the Advisor FINternship
letter.
The switch starts on a guess. A card already tagged full-time-track starts on
Full-time, and a card with no Job applied for starts on Internship.
Otherwise the job title decides: an intern or student role is Internship, and
anything else is Full-time. Switching swaps the message, unless you’ve already
typed over it.
After the careers form
Section titled “After the careers form”Once a full-time candidate has done both the questionnaire and the careers form,
their answers go on their card under Careers form. The agent then takes the
next step, through the workflow Quiz and careers form done: next step:
- It offers second-interview times.
- If they asked for a few days to think it over, it waits 3 days from their form, then offers times.
- If they’re not a Singapore citizen or PR, it thanks them, offers no times and hands the chat to your team.
A careers form from somebody with no chat yet becomes a new card in the first
column of the recruitment board, tagged careers-signup, and nobody messages
them.
A full-time candidate in Lost whose form asked for a check-in later hears from
the agent once, about 90 days on. That never happens to somebody marked
Lost on this screen, or to a contact marked Do not contact or opted out.
Round-two bookings
Section titled “Round-two bookings”Candidates book their second interview from a link, so their card can stay in
First interview done, KIV after they book. Opening the screen lists each clear
match under Round-two bookings. Press Move to Booked to move them to
Booked for second interview.
When the name on a booking fits more than one candidate, the screen asks
Who booked it?. Press the right name to move that card, or None of these to
leave every card where it is.
A candidate I interviewed isn’t listed.
Their card has left Scheduled first interview or
Booked for second interview, or the interview was more than 30 days ago. A
candidate who rebooked shows under the new time once it has passed.
Does Lost tell the candidate? No. The reason stays on their card, and the conversation closes without a message.
Can I take back Apply? Not on this screen. The card has moved and the message is queued, so read the message before you press it. You can still move the card yourself in your book.
