Backdate, bulk-log and undo

The date button, Bulk and Undo sit together at the top of the log card. The basic steps for each are in Log an activity and earn points. This page covers what they do to your numbers, and where each one stops.

Backdate an entry

To log for a past day:

  1. Press Today above the grid.
  2. Pick the day. Future days are greyed out.
  3. Log as usual, with a tap, a batch or the Closed form.

An amber banner reads Logging for and the full date until you press Today in it. Picking today’s date in the calendar does the same. The date goes back to Today when you leave the Log page or reload it, so a backdated session never carries into tomorrow.

The entry is stamped at midday on the day you picked. Here’s what that changes:

  • It counts toward the week it’s dated in. Your live total for this week doesn’t move until the page reloads and recounts by date.
  • It lights its day on the Your streak calendar, and can fill a week that had nothing in it. See Keep your streak and use a Streak Shield.
  • It doesn’t drop the gift that your first log of the day earns.
  • A tag-team entry or a closed case takes the date too.

Log a batch

Bulk swaps the one-tap grid for a count on every tile. The mode is remembered on your device, so the Log page opens in Bulk next time until you press Quick.

To set a count quickly, tap the number between the minus and plus buttons and type it. Pressing Enter in that box logs the whole batch.

Each activity in a batch becomes a single entry with a count on it. Logging 6 sets and 2 openings makes 2 entries, one reading 6 and one reading 2.

Closed works differently in Bulk. Tapping it opens the closed deal form, and the case logs on its own the moment you press Log Deal, outside the batch.

What Undo reaches

Undo removes your newest entry and gives back its points and credits. On a phone it’s the curved arrow with no word beside it.

Right after a batch the button reads Undo Bulk with the number of entries, and removes the whole batch together. That only lasts while you stay on the page. Come back later and Undo removes one entry at a time.

Undoing a tag-team entry removes both halves, and your partner gets a message saying so.

FAQ

I backdated something to the wrong day. Can I move it?

No. There’s no date editor. Delete the entry from My Recent Activities and log it again on the right day. See Edit or delete something you logged.

Does Undo Bulk still work after I reload?

No. The batch link is forgotten on reload, and Undo goes back to removing one entry at a time.

Can a batch be split with my tag-team partner?

No. Tag-team splitting is paused in Bulk, and the card tells you so in amber.
