Find your way around

ActivityTracker draws its navigation two ways from one list. On a wide screen it’s the rail down the left. On a phone it’s the bottom bar and the sheet More opens. Both are built from the same list, so anything a desktop can reach a phone can reach too.

The rail has two tiers: a 52px column of section icons, and a panel beside it listing that section’s destinations under group headings. The icon column appears from 768px, and the panel beside it only opens from 1024px.

There are up to 6 sections, in this order.

  • Workspace: your tools (Log, Tasks, Notes, Routines, Timetable, Goals, Vision, Journal), plus Resume work, Activity log, Record a session and Quick Links.
  • CRM: Contacts, Inbox, Broadcasts and Closed cases. Agency managers and district admins also get Team CRM.
  • Leaderboard: the club tabs, and a My numbers group holding My stats, Weekly recap, Funnel, Streak and Badges. Without the leaderboard module the section is called My numbers and only that group shows.
  • Social: Biscuit, Biscuit's diary, Town, Activity feed, Duo, Gifts and Missions.
  • Manage: the admin dashboard’s tabs and the rest of the old menu. Managers and district admins only.
  • Account: Integrations, Notifications, Feedback and Logout.

Rows your district has switched on join these, such as Sales tools, Income, Reflections and Coaching. The box at the top of the panel filters the rows it’s showing, so a long section is quicker to type into than to read.

The circle straddling the seam folds the panel away and leaves the icon column. Its label is Collapse the panel, and Expand the panel once it’s folded.

Between 768px and 1023px only the icon column fits. Tapping an icon there opens the same sheet a phone gets, rather than unfolding a panel beside it.

Below 768px there’s no room for a column at all, so the bottom bar carries the navigation. It holds up to 4 buttons, and More sits outside that count. You start with Log, Leaders, Tasks and Town. A button whose module your district has off drops out, so the bar can carry fewer.

To reach anything else:

  1. Press More.
  2. Press the chip for the section you want.
  3. Press the row.

The chips are the same sections the rail has, and the page you’re on comes first when it publishes a list of its own. The box under them filters the list. Customise bar at the bottom is where you change which buttons the bar carries.

You can also hold a button in the bar for a moment and drag it somewhere else in the row.

Can I change which buttons the phone bar shows?

Yes. Press More, then Customise bar.

Is anything reachable on a desktop but not on a phone?

No. The sheet is built from the rail’s own list, so the two hold the same destinations.

Does More light up on pages that aren’t in the bar?

Yes. Every page outside those buttons lives in the sheet More opens, so More is the button that owns them.
