Review your closed cases by month

Closed cases is the full record of what you’ve closed. The totals sit at the top, and every case sits below them under the month it was closed in.

To open your closed cases:

  1. Open CRM in the left rail.
  2. Press Closed cases.

Recent Closed Cases in your profile leads here too. View all → opens the page, and tapping one of the 5 cases listed opens it with that case ringed and scrolled into view.

Four figures sit across the top, all counted over the window you’ve picked:

  • Cases counts every closed case, with or without an FYC.
  • Total FYC adds up the FYC of the cases that have one.
  • Avg Case FYC divides that total by the cases that have an FYC. A case with none is left out of the average.
  • Premium adds up the annualised premium.

Note that a case marked No FYC counts in Cases and nowhere else. Its premium stays out of Premium.

The buttons under the totals are 30D, 60D, 90D, 6M, 1Y and All. Each one counts back from today, with 6M meaning 180 days and 1Y meaning 365. The page opens on All every time.

A window with no cases in it reads Nothing closed in this window. If you arrived from a case that the window now hides, a line offers Show all time to bring it back. Before your first case, the page reads No closed cases yet and offers Log a closed case.

Each month heading gives the month and year, how many cases it holds, and the FYC they add up to. Newest months come first.

Every case shows:

  • the policy name, or Closed case when none was entered
  • the date, with the premium beside it
  • your notes and learnings, when there are any
  • the FYC on the right

The right-hand figure has 2 other readings. No FYC means the case was logged with an FYC of 0. FYC not set means no FYC was typed and the policy has no rate on file to work one out.

A tag-team case is labelled Tag-team · your half. Its FYC is your half, while the premium stays whole.

The pencil on a row opens Edit closed deal. See Edit or delete something you logged.

Can I see a teammate’s closed cases?

Yes. Open their profile and press View all → beside Recent Closed Cases. Their page is read-only, with no pencils.

Why is my average lower than I expected?

Check for cases with FYC not set. They’re left out of the average, so the average rests on fewer cases than Cases shows. Add the FYC with the pencil and they count.

Why is a case missing from this month?

Check the window first. If it’s anything other than All, press All.
