Choose who appears on the leaderboard

Three controls in District settings, under Manage in the left rail, decide who a member sees on Leaderboard. One sets the reach, one sets whether members can narrow it, and one hides a single person.

All three are district settings. They save for district admins and the app owner.

Leaderboard scope holds one switch. Off, the row reads Agency-only leaderboard and each member ranks against their own agency. On, it reads District-wide leaderboard and everybody in the district ranks together.

A district starts on Agency-only leaderboard. Open the info mark beside Leaderboard scope for the one-line version.

To rank the whole district:

  1. Open Manage, then District settings, then Leaderboard scope.
  2. Switch on the toggle.

The message confirms the leaderboard now shows all district members. Switch it off and each agency goes back to its own board.

Note that the FYC results board ignores this switch. It always shows the whole district.

With the district-wide board on, a second row appears: Agency filter for members. It starts on.

On, members get a button beside the date filter on Leaderboard. It reads All Agencies and opens Filter by Agency, where they tick the agencies they want or use the Mine and All shortcuts.

Off, the button disappears and every member sees the whole district, with no way to narrow it. The row only exists while the scope is district-wide.

Leaderboard visibility, the next section of District settings, lists everybody in your district’s agencies, each with a switch. A district admin carries an Admin badge.

To take someone off the boards:

  1. Open Leaderboard visibility and find them in the list.
  2. Switch their toggle off.

The label beside the switch turns from Visible to Hidden, and a message says they’ll be hidden from leaderboards. On a phone the label isn’t drawn, so read the switch itself.

Switch the toggle back on and they return everywhere at once. Nothing they logged is touched while they’re hidden.

Does hiding someone stop them logging or earning?

No. They log, earn and see their own numbers as before. The credits console under Flexi Credits still lists them too, because admins manage everyone.

A manager wants to compare 2 agencies side by side. What do I switch?

Turn on the district-wide board and leave Agency filter for members on. They tick the 2 agencies in Filter by Agency.

Is a suspended person hidden as well?

Yes. Suspending hides them across the app on its own, whatever this switch says. See Add, edit and suspend a user.

Where do members read the board?

On Leaderboard. See Read the leaderboard.
