Sales training, not another PDF
Know who finished the training, not just who got the PDF.

The PDF
Everyone got the training. Who finished it?
A new product launches, and you drop the deck in the group chat with a note to read it. You ask who's read it. Everyone nods, and in the next meeting someone asks a question that's on slide two.
01Build it
Start from what you've got: videos, slides and PDFs.
You've got last year's training on YouTube and a deck in Drive, and no time to redo either. Paste a YouTube, Loom, Vimeo, Drive or Wistia link, or upload the video. Slides, Docs, Canva, Figma and PDFs sit inside the lesson.
- Paste an outline, and it's split into modules and lessons
- Start from a template if you'd rather
- Add files and links to any lesson
- Lesson 1YouTube link pasted: last year's training
- Lesson 2Deck from Drive, sitting inside the lesson
- Lesson 3Video uploaded
02Check it
A video doesn't prove they got it. A quiz does.
Watching a video doesn't mean they got it. Add a quiz with two to six answers and one right, and set the pass mark. They can retake it as often as they need, and the right answers show only once they've passed. Finish every lesson, and the certificate prints with their name and the date.
- The app marks each quiz, so you don't have to
- Retakes are unlimited, and answers show only once they pass
- First go7 of 10. The pass mark is 8.7 of 10Marked by the app
03Practice
Let them practise an objection before a client hears it.
Your new rep freezes on "I need to think about it", and you can't sit in on every call. Write the client, the objection and what a good answer uses. The rep types what they'd say, and the trainer pushes back. It never gives them the answer, and offers options after two misses.
- It's typed, with no voice or video
- They get a log of what they did well and where they got stuck
- You can read the log in team progress
I need to think about it.
ClientOkay, I'll call you next week?
Wei Ling GohSure. Maybe. Why would I pick up?
ClientIs it the timing?
Wei Ling GohTwo misses. Options: ask what's unsure, or ask what'd help.
TrainerIt never gives the answer
04Progress
See who's finished, who's overdue and who needs a nudge.
You want to know who's done the course. Team progress lists each person's percent, quiz scores and hand-ins. An Overdue badge shows who's past your date, though it doesn't lock anything. Send a reminder from the same screen.
- Download progress as a CSV
- Reminders go out at most once a day per person
- A due date is a date, not a lock

Small things that keep a course honest
Goes well with
Know who's done the course before the next meeting.
Bring the deck you sent round last month, and we'll build one lesson from it.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
Before you build one
Worried your team won't open another course?
It might not be, on day one. What changes is that you can see who hasn't opened it, and remind them from one screen, instead of asking the room.
No. A course goes to the whole team or to one group. Everyone in it can open it, so use a module's start date to pace it.
Today the trainer's wording is written for financial advisers, so other teams will notice that. Courses and quizzes fit any team.
No. You build it. AI answers your team's questions from the course, and it writes the trainer's replies in practice.
There's no public price for Palby Sales Tracker yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
