Sales activity tracking
See today's calls without asking, because logging takes one tap.
Your team taps a tile when a call ends. You see the day's calls and meetings without asking anyone for them.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
| Tile | Points each | Today | Label beside it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Call | 1 | 12 | |
| Meeting | 3 | 2 | |
| Proposal | 4 | 1 | |
| Closed | 5 | 0 | Can add a note and a photo |
The weekly form
If it takes more than a tap, it gets typed in later from memory
Your form asks for the client, the outcome and the next step. So nobody fills it in after a call. When the week ends they fill it in from memory, and you coach from that.
01One tap
Log a call in one tap, and undo it in another.
A call ends, and your rep's already looking for the next number. One tap on a tile logs it, and the points show straight away. Tapped the wrong one? Undo works on whatever they logged in that sitting.
- One tap per call, meeting or close
- Undo in one tap
- Put tiles in the order you tap them
02Catching up
Log a busy day in one go.
Your rep's had three meetings back to back, and nothing's logged since 9. They open bulk log, set a count on each tile with plus and minus, and save them together. They can undo the whole batch if it's wrong.
- A count on each tile
- Saved together
- Undo the whole batch
- MeetingThree back to back this morning3
- CallTwo in between2
- ProposalNone to add0
03Your tiles
Track the activities your team actually runs on.
Your team has its own words for its week. A new team starts with nine tiles, and an admin can rename them, set the points anywhere from 0.5 to 100, add your own and switch off the rest. A phone sales team can log Calls, Demos and Proposals.
- Rename, add or switch off
- 0.5 to 100 points
- Old entries keep their name and points
- CallStarter tile, renamed1
- MeetingStarter tile, renamed3
- ProposalYour own tile, added4
- ClosedStarter tile, left as it was5
- Other 6 starter tilesSwitched offOld entries keep their name and points
04Telegram
Log from Telegram, in the chat they already have open.
Your rep has Telegram open. They send /log to their private assistant and tap a tile from your team's own list. They can also log on WhatsApp once they've paired their number, and your own tools can send entries through the API.
- /log in a private Telegram chat
- WhatsApp after pairing

05In the week
Keep the week logged in the week.
If an entry can be dated any time, one sitting can fill the whole week. Nobody can date an entry more than 7 days back. Anything logged 2 or more days late is marked, and you can read every edit on your Manager tab.
- 7 days back, no further
- Late entries marked
- Every edit on your Manager tab
- Daniel Tan3 calls for Monday, logged on WednesdayMarked late
- Farid Ismail1 meeting deleted yesterdayYou can read this edit
- Wei Ling GohTried to date a call 8 days backNot allowed: 7 days is the limit
And the rest
Small things that keep logging quick
Goes well with
See this week's calls before this week's over.
Bring the form your team stopped filling in.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
Before you ask them to log
My team won't log anything. Why would they log this?
Because it's one tap, from the phone in their hand or the Telegram chat they already have open. They see their own streak and pace, and the board moves when they log.
No. Logging never asks for their location, and the board counts only what they log.
Not everything. They show on the log and the board. The Monday group post and the pledge sheet keep their own fixed four counts.
Yes, a rep can tap a tile for a call they didn't make, because nothing checks the call itself. Entries stop at 7 days back, though, and you can read late entries and edits.
It runs in your phone's browser, laid out for a phone. Add it to your home screen and turn on alerts. There's no app to download from a store yet.
There's no public price for Palby Sales Tracker yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
