Best sales tracking software

Best sales tracking software for teams of 5 to 30: six tools, and who keeps each one current

Most of these track sales inside a CRM your team has to keep up. One takes a tap from each rep. Here's how the numbers get in, who each is built for and what it costs, read from its own pages.

We make Palby Sales Tracker, so that one's ours. The other five suit some teams better, and each section says which.

Quick picks

  • Pipedrive: best if your team works a deal pipeline and wants activity tracked beside it.
  • Close: best if your team sells by phone and email from inside the CRM.
  • Plecto: best if your numbers are already in other systems and you want them ranked.
  • TrakerAi: best if you run an insurance agency and want activity and goals tracked together.

How we picked

  • How the numbers get in: a rep logging, a CRM or another system.
  • Who each tool says it's built for, in its own words.
  • What it costs, from its own pricing page, read on 2 November 2026.
  • How a small or mid-sized team would buy it and set it up, from its own pages.

We left out SPOTIO because its own pages sell field sales software, with territories and route optimization. If your reps are on the road, read it too.

The six, one by one

Palby Sales Tracker (ours)

We make Palby Sales Tracker, so that one's ours.

Your reps keep this one current. One tap logs a call, meeting or close, with undo, and you set what each tile is worth. The board runs this week, last week, this month, this year or any dates. Once it's switched on, a weekly post goes to your team's Telegram or WhatsApp group. It lists everyone ranked and who logged nothing. Entries can't be dated more than 7 days back.

  • Best for: a team of 5 to 30 that reports the week in a group chat or a sheet, with no CRM anyone keeps clean.
  • Pick something else if: your numbers already live in a CRM or dialler, because nothing feeds this from either one. Contest results don't post by themselves, since a manager taps to post the standings. It doesn't run a deal pipeline either, so it won't replace a CRM.
  • Price: there's no public price yet, so book a walkthrough and ask.

HubSpot Sales Hub

HubSpot tracks sales inside its CRM. Its Sales Hub page lists a dialer with CRM logging, and leads and activities in one workspace. Seen from Singapore, its pricing page shows S$.

  • Best for: a team that wants a CRM first, with room for two people on the free plan.
  • Pick something else if: nobody on your team would keep a CRM up to date.
  • Price: free for up to 2 users, with no card. Starter starts at SGD 10 a seat a month, against SGD 28.

Pipedrive

Pipedrive is a sales CRM built around the deal pipeline. Its home page says you can track sales activities there, and its plans are priced per seat.

  • Best for: a team that works deals through stages all day.
  • Pick something else if: you only want to count calls and meetings, with no pipeline to keep.
  • Price: Lite is US$14 a seat a month, billed annually, after a 14-day trial with no card.

Close

Close is a sales CRM with calling, email and SMS built in, so calls and emails made there are already in it.

  • Best for: a team that sells by phone and email all day from one screen.
  • Pick something else if: your team sells in meetings and on their own phones, away from a desk.
  • Price: Solo shows US$19 or US$9 a user a month, and Essentials US$49 or US$35. The lower figure is on annual billing.

Plecto

Plecto ranks your team on KPIs from your CRM, phone system or spreadsheets, and it lists 150+ systems. You connect a data source, build a KPI and add it to a leaderboard.

  • Best for: a team whose numbers are already in other systems.
  • Pick something else if: you have fewer than 10 people to track, since the minimum is 10 licenses.
  • Price: Medium is US$24 and Large US$37.20 per tracked license a month, billed annually, with a 14-day trial.

  • Price: Activities Only is US$79.99 a month, against US$99.99, with a trial.
