Sales analytics software

Spot the slow week early, while you can still change it.

Most months don't fall apart overnight. See the team's points by week, who has gone quiet, and which entries came in late, then download it as a CSV.

Review day

You shouldn't find out on review day

You're adding up a sheet for the month's review. The dip started three weeks ago, when two reps stopped logging calls. Nothing you do now changes that month.

02Gone quiet

Know who's gone quiet at 3 days, not 3 weeks.

A rep who stops logging may have stopped calling too. Anyone with no entry for 3 days gets flagged, and flagged again at 7. You see the name and the number of days, so you can ask.

  • Flagged at 3 days, and again at 7
  • The days beside each name
  • On your Manager tab

03Late entries

Spot the entries that came in late, or got changed.

You're about to coach on these numbers, so you want to know they're straight. Nobody can date an entry more than 7 days back. Anything logged 2 or more days after its day shows under Logged late, and anything edited or deleted shows under Edits. Both cards cover 14 days, and only managers see them.

  • Logged late: 2 or more days after the day
  • Edits: changed, deleted or added past 7 days
  • Private to managers

04Monday

Get the week's numbers by email, Monday at 9am.

You shouldn't have to open anything to start the week. At 9am on Monday, managers get an email with the top names, the team's activity count and how many people were active. If you want it in a spreadsheet, Export Reports downloads a CSV of the leaderboard, the activity feed or a performance summary.

05For insurance agencies

For insurance agencies: read FYC booked, cases and Set to closed.

Your Analytics tab reads logged cases over 30 days, 90 days or a year: FYC booked, cases, Set to closed, appointments set and who needs attention. Below that sit FYC by month, product mix, case size spread and the team's run rate. Each figure comes from what your advisers logged.

  • Steps fixed: Set, Opening, Closing, Closed
  • FYC year to date, and what's needed a month
  • Counts in a window, not one client followed through

And the rest

Small things that keep the report honest

Managers onlyYour Manager and Analytics tabs stay with managers and admins.
Singapore weeksWeeks run Monday to Sunday, Singapore time.
Old entriesPast entries keep the name and points they were logged with.
Marked, not refusedAn entry inside the 7 days still counts. It's marked if it's late.
Nothing to connectEvery number comes from what your team logs.
