Sales pace
See what's left to do this week, not what got missed last week.
It doesn't predict your month. It counts what's been logged against each person's target, and shows what's left.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
| Name | This week | Why they're on the list | What you can do |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wei Ling Goh | 4 points | Quiet: no entry for 3 days | Nudge, or open their card |
| Farid Ismail | 23 points | Behind pace for Wednesday | Nudge, or open their card |
| Daniel Tan | 27 points | Trending down on the last 30 days | Open their card |
| Priya Nair | 38 points | On pace | Cheer |
Mid-month
A rep slows down mid-month, and you hear about it at the end
The first two weeks look fine. In week three, one rep's calls halve and nobody says anything. You see it when the month's numbers come in, and by then the only thing left to do is explain it.
01The board
See who's ahead and who's behind, on the week's board.
You've got ten minutes. Each name has Target % beside it, worked out from what they've logged against the target for the week. Add the Avg/Day and Avg/Week columns if you'd like them.
- Target % reads against each person's own target
- With no pledge sheet, it reads against a weekly points goal
- Leave and public holidays come off the target
- Priya Nair38 of 50 points, 12.7 a day76%
- Daniel Tan27 of 50 points, 9.0 a day54%
- Farid Ismail23 of 60 points, 7.7 a day38%
- Wei Ling Goh4 of 50 points, 1.3 a day8%
02Needs you today
Know who needs a word from you today.
You don't want to read 20 rows to find the two that matter. Needs you today lists the quiet ones first, then whoever's behind pace, then anyone trending down. Nudge someone from the list, cheer them on, or open their card.
- On a Monday, nobody's behind yet
- A day of leave asks for nothing
- A nudge rings their bell, and messages them on Telegram if they've connected it
- Wei Ling GohQuiet: no entry for 3 days4
- Farid IsmailBehind pace for Wednesday23
- Daniel TanTrending down on the last 30 days27
03Your rep
Show each rep what their goal needs from here.
A rep sets a number goal with a date, and they'd like to know if it's still possible. The goal shows what it needs from here, so they can see it without asking you. It's their own number, and their own pace.
- Set a number goal with a date
- See what it needs from here
- Each rep sees their own target on the board
- His goal60 calls by Friday60
- So farLogged by Wednesday 2pm21
- What it needs39 more calls, about 13 a day from today39His own number, his own pace
04For insurance agencies
For insurance agencies: track pace to MDRT, COT, TOT and promotion.
It's September, and an adviser asks if MDRT is still in reach. Their Goals page shows the percent reached and what's left, as an amount a week and an amount a month, read from the FYC on the cases they've logged. Agency managers can add a promotion target with its own date.
- The bar turns amber when they're behind an even split of the year
- It counts FYC on their logged closed cases only
- It shows what's left, never a guess at where they'll finish
- MDRTReached, from FYC on his logged closed cases41%Amber: behind an even split of the year
- COTReached14%
- TOTReached7%
- Agency promotionReached, with its own date55%
- What's leftAn amount a week and an amount a monthNever a guess at where he'll finish

Before you rely on it
Want a forecast?
Yes. There's no pipeline here at all. Pace comes from what your team logs, so a rep's calls and meetings are all it needs.
No. It won't tell you where the quarter will land. It counts what's been logged and shows what's left, and you make the call.
Each person has a weekly points goal instead, and an admin can change it for them. Target % and hit-or-miss history read against that.
Because pace spreads the week's target over Monday to Friday, counting the working days already over. On a Monday, none are.
No. It shows the FYC they've logged and what's left to a target they can see, and it doesn't estimate what they'll earn.
There's no public price for Palby Sales Tracker yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
