A sales dashboard you don't build
See who's behind this week, before it affects the month.
Surface who's gone quiet and who's behind while the week can still change, from one tap per call.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
| Name | Points | Calls | Avg/Day | Flag |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Priya Nair | 38 | 18 | 12.7 | |
| Daniel Tan | 27 | 21 | 9.0 | |
| Farid Ismail | 23 | 10 | 7.7 | |
| Wei Ling Goh | 4 | 4 | 1.3 | Gone quiet: 3 days |
Three tabs
You've got three tabs open to find out who's behind
There's the sheet someone's meant to update, the group chat and your own notes. You still can't say who's behind. Building a proper dashboard would take someone a month, and that someone is you.
01The week
See this week's KPIs without asking anyone.
You want the week on one screen before you pick up the phone. As your team logs, the board fills in points, each tile's count, Avg/Day and Avg/Week beside every name, so you're not asking anyone for them.
- Points and each tile's count
- Avg/Day and Avg/Week
- Columns you can show or hide
- Priya Nair18 calls, 4 meetings, 2 proposals, 12.7 a day38
- Daniel Tan21 calls, 2 meetings, 0 proposals, 9.0 a day27
- Farid Ismail10 calls, 3 meetings, 1 proposal, 7.7 a day23
- Wei Ling Goh4 calls, 0 meetings, 0 proposals, 1.3 a day4
02Who to call
See who's gone quiet, and for how long.
The list you need is the short one. Your Manager tab shows who stopped logging and how long ago, flagged at 3 days and again at 7. That's your first phone call.
- Who stopped logging
- How long ago
- Flagged at 3 days, then 7
- Wei Ling GohStopped logging 3 days ago3 daysYour first phone call
- Wei Ling GohFlagged again at 7 days if she stays quiet
- Priya, Daniel, FaridLogged today, so not on this list
03The trend
Keep the trend in view, not just this week.
One slow week might be nothing, and three in a row isn't. The trend chart plots the team's points by week, over the last 4 to 12 weeks or up to 6 months. Late entries and edits for the last 14 days sit on the same side of the app.
- Points by week
- Up to 6 months back

04Your next meeting
Read the week on your phone, between meetings.
Someone asks how the team's doing. It's laid out for a phone, so you can read it there. For the deck, Export Reports downloads the leaderboard, the activity feed or a summary as a CSV.
- Laid out for a phone
- Add it to your home screen
- CSV for your own slides
- The team92 points so far: 53 calls, 9 meetings, 3 proposals92

05For insurance agencies
For insurance agencies: see who misses target if nothing changes.
Your Manager tab adds Run rate vs target and Activity pace vs FYC once anyone has logged FYC. A separate board shows FYC month to date and year to date, with run rates over 30, 60 or 90 days or 6 months, and exports to PDF. Each figure is arithmetic on what your advisers logged.

- Activity pace vs FYC

And the rest
And the small stuff you'd otherwise ask about
Goes well with
Ready to stop building the week's numbers yourself?
Bring the sheet you update, and we'll walk you through a sample week.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
Before you build another one
Tried a dashboard nobody kept up to date?
Then you know the problem wasn't the charts. Here the numbers come from one tap per call, so the dashboard fills in as your team works.
The ones you can still act on this week: calls, meetings, each person's pace and who's stopped logging.
No. The screens are fixed, and there's no dashboard builder. If you need many data sources on one chart, you want a BI tool, not this.
Not as a live link. Your team logs straight in. If you'd like to send entries from your own tools, there's an API.
There's no public price for Palby Sales Tracker yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
