Your team's numbers, and who gets to see them.

Before your team logs a single call, here's where the entries go and who can read them.

Where the entries are kept, and how they're backed up

Your team's entries, pledge sheets and check-ins sit in a database in Singapore. Everything travels to and from it over HTTPS.

A backup runs every night and is encrypted before it's stored. One copy is kept for 7 days and another for up to 14 days, so deleted data can stay in an encrypted backup for up to 14 days.

Who sees the board, the pledges and the check-ins

Everyone in your team can read the team's logged entries, pledge sheets and weekly check-ins. If your team has several groups under it, that includes the people in the other groups. Nobody outside your team can read them.

Each person can change or delete only their own entries.

One login on our side can read every team's entries, pledge sheets and check-ins: the founder's. It's how the founder sees what you see when you ask for help, and it can't change an entry or a check-in.

Your reps log calls, not where they are.

Logging a call never asks for your phone's location, so the tracker doesn't know where anyone is when they log. It counts what your team logs and nothing else.

Late entries and edits stay on the record.

Nobody can date an entry more than 7 days back. Late entries are marked, and managers can read every edit, so the board shows the week the way it was logged.

How your team signs in

Sign in with your password or with a link sent to your email. New people join from an invite link, or ask to join and a manager approves them.

Which features use AI, and what they send

The board, the points, the pledge maths and the streaks are plain arithmetic, and none of them uses AI. The features below do send part of your team's numbers or words to an AI model. Most run on Google's Gemini, and each item says when another model is used.

  • The managers' AI chat. Asking it about the team, or to prep a 1:1, sends the numbers it needs to answer.
  • The check-in coach, when someone asks it about their week, and the weekly summary of check-ins that managers get by email.
  • The assistant on Telegram or WhatsApp: a message you write to it goes to Gemini.
  • Other team tools use AI too: courses, the bulletin and 360 feedback, mostly on Gemini, with TypeSafe judging course practice answers. Importing results from a screenshot uses OpenAI.

Your numbers are yours: export them, or have them deleted.

Managers can download the leaderboard, the activity feed and a performance summary as CSV files from the Analytics tab. Each person's own download is one zip file, and it includes the activity they logged and their check-ins.

There's no button yet to delete your whole account, so email us and we'll delete it. Deleted data can stay in an encrypted backup for up to 14 days.

Where we fall short today

Here's what's missing today, so you don't find it later.

  • There's no two-factor sign-in yet.
  • We hold no security certificate, such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
  • The founder's login can read every team's entries, pledge sheets and check-ins, though it can't change an entry or a check-in.
  • Pledge sheets are open to the whole team, managers or not.
  • Deleting your account takes an email to us.
