Sales management software
See who's pacing behind this week, without asking anyone.
Your reps log each call and meeting in one tap, and you see a slow week while there's still time to talk.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
- No CRM to feed it.
- Your team logs from their phone, or with /log in Telegram.
| Name | This week | Why they're on the list | What you can do |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wei Ling Goh | 4 points | Quiet: no entry for 3 days | Nudge, or open their card |
| Farid Ismail | 23 points | Behind pace | Nudge, or open their card |
| Daniel Tan | 27 points | Trending down on the last 30 days | Open their card |
The Needs you today list for a phone sales team, with made-up names.
The update
Asking for updates is taking the time you meant for coaching
You ask in the group, and two people answer. You message the rest, add it up in a sheet, and the number's right by the time the week is over. The rep whose calls dropped shows up in next month's report.
01Log
Get the week's numbers from the board, not from the group.
You shouldn't have to ask for a number your team already knows. Each call, meeting and close is one tap on their phone, or /log in a private Telegram chat, and the board moves within seconds. Rename the nine starting tiles to your team's words and switch off what you don't use.
- Undo a wrong tap
- Log several at once
- Nothing dated more than 7 days back
02Who needs you
See who's gone quiet and who's behind, in one list.
You can't talk to everyone, so start with whoever needs it most. Needs you today lists them in that order: no entry for 3 days, then furthest behind their weekly goal, then trending down over 30 days. Send a nudge from the list, or open their card.
- Flagged at 3 days, and again at 7
- Anyone on leave drops to the bottom
- Leave and public holidays come off their target

031:1s
Start each 1:1 with their numbers on a card.
Most 1:1s stall because neither of you has the numbers. The card fills in their last two weeks against their goal, their streak and what you asked them to do last time. Your notes go on a sheet with the columns you choose, and they get a read-only copy. Short of time? The AI chat writes an opener and two questions.

04The group
Post last week's ranking without typing it up.
The weekly post goes to your Telegram or WhatsApp group: everyone by points, the week's biggest risers and who logged nothing. It starts switched off. An admin turns it on, and it goes out on Monday at 5pm unless you pick another day and hour.
Last week's ranking
- 1. Priya Nair: 41 points
- 2. Daniel Tan: 32 points
- 3. Farid Ismail: 19 points

Common questions from sales managers
Some might, and you'll see that too: no entry for 3 days puts them on your list. It's one tap, and they see their own streak and their week against their goal.
Logging never asks for their location, and the board counts only what they log. Everyone on the team sees the same board, and each person's target stays between them and their manager.
No. Your team logs straight in, so there's nothing to connect. If you'd like to send entries from your own tools, there's an API.
Not in dollars. It counts calls, meetings, closes and points, against a weekly points goal for each rep.
You can check it. Entries can't go back more than 7 days, late ones are marked, and you can read every edit for 14 days. It can't prove a logged call happened.
Not yet. It ranks everyone by points, but its count line keeps four fixed insurance steps, and your own tiles don't appear there.
You'll meet some of its words. Your tiles, points and board use yours, but the weekly post's count line and a few screens keep insurance wording. We'll show you which ones on the walkthrough.
There's no public price for Palby Sales Tracker yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
