Remote sales team management
Keep a remote sales team on pace without another video call.
Your reps log calls and meetings in one tap on their phones. You read the board, the quiet names and each 1:1 card on yours.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
- Logging never asks where a rep is.

A phone sales team on This week, with made-up names. A call is worth 1 point, a meeting 3 and a proposal 4.
Out of the room
Managing a remote team usually means asking who's doing what
You can't overhear a call, so you ask. You ask in the group, you ask on the weekly video call, and the people who are behind answer last. Asking more often feels like spying, and asking less means finding out at month end.
01Logging
Hear the numbers without a daily stand-up.
Nobody should have to join a call to report a number. Each call and meeting is one tap in the phone's browser, or /log in a private Telegram chat, and it works over WhatsApp once a rep has paired their number.
- Nothing dated more than 7 days back
- Late entries are marked

02The overview
Get your remote team's week on one board.
From a distance, what they log is what you've got. The board ranks this week, last week, this month, this year or any dates, with each tile's count beside every name. Needs you today puts anyone with no entry for 3 days first, then whoever's furthest behind their weekly goal.
- Tap a name to see their breakdown
- Weeks run on Singapore time for everyone

031:1s
Book 1:1s from a link, with their numbers on a card.
Finding a time shouldn't take a thread. Set your coaching hours and share a booking link, and each rep picks a time. The card fills in their last two weeks against their goal, their streak and what you asked them to do last time. They get a read-only copy of your notes.
- One coaching sheet for each person

04The group
Keep colleagues in the loop in the group they already read.
A remote team already lives in its group chat. Last week's ranking can land there, on Telegram or WhatsApp. It starts switched off. An admin turns it on, and it goes out on Monday at 5pm unless you pick another day and hour. Notices go on a bulletin with a push to each phone, and you can see who hasn't read them, by name.

05Check-ins
Hear from each rep once a week, in writing.
A number won't tell you what's stuck, so ask. Write your team's questions, and each rep files their week. You get an email when one's filed and a summary each week. The team can read each other's check-ins, and leave kudos.

Worried it feels like spying?
It never asks for location and it can't see their screens. The board counts only what your team logs, and everyone sees the same one.
Weeks run Monday to Sunday, Singapore time, for everyone, and public holidays are Singapore's. A rep in another time zone sees the week turn over on Singapore's clock.
No. It has no video. It takes the numbers out of the call, so the call can be about something else.
No. Your team logs straight in, so there's nothing to connect. If you'd like to send entries from your own tools, there's an API.
No. It counts what they log. Late entries are marked and edits are on your Manager tab, but a logged call is their word.
You'll meet some of its words. Your tiles, points and board use yours, but the weekly post's count line and a few screens keep insurance wording. We'll show you which ones on the walkthrough.
There's no public price for Palby Sales Tracker yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
