Coach on their numbers, not your memory of their week.

Your 1:1 card fills in their last two weeks, their streak and what you asked them to do last time. Your notes go on a sheet they can read too.

30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.

Last month's note

You said you'd check on it next time. Where did you write it down?

Last month you told Daniel to call the old list. The note's in a notebook, or a chat, or nowhere. Now you both remember it differently.

01Booking

Get 1:1s on the calendar, without the back and forth.

You're trading messages with six reps about when you're all free. Set your hours once, and share a booking page that opens without signing in. Your team picks a time, and it shows in your bookings.

  • Set hours that repeat each week
  • A link anyone can open
  • Bookings in one list

02The card

Start every 1:1 from what they actually did.

You've got no time to dig before the 1:1. Start a new entry, and the 1:1 numbers card is already there: their last two complete weeks, their streak and one suggested focus. Whatever you assigned since the last 1:1 comes back on the card, done or not. Tap Use to drop it into your notes, then edit it.

  • Last time's items, done or not
  • One suggested focus

03The sheet

Coaching sheets, not notebooks.

You told a rep something in March, and in June you can find it. Each person gets one sheet with every 1:1 in date order. It starts with Topics, Action Plan and Remarks. Rename those or add your own, and read it as a list, a spreadsheet or a document. You can attach files, search it and download it as a CSV.

  • Columns you name
  • List, Spreadsheet or Document
  • Files on the entry

04Eight scores

See which corner of their month to coach first.

You've only got 30 minutes with them. Each rep's file has a radar of eight scores from their last 30 days of logs, drawn over your team's median. The lowest is marked, with the sum behind it, so you know where to start.

  • Worked out from what they logged
  • Your team's median behind it

05For your reps

Give each rep a copy of their own coaching file.

Your rep shouldn't have to remember what you agreed. They open Your coaching file and read everything you wrote with them. Only you can edit it, and they can search it or download it.

  • Everything you wrote with them
  • Only you can edit
  • Search and CSV for them too

Small things that keep 1:1s going

RenamingRenaming a column keeps what's written under it.
RemovingRemoving a column hides it until you add it back.
Your layoutThe layout you pick stays each time you open someone.
On a phoneList is the layout that reads best on a phone.
AI prepPrep me adds an opener and two questions.
