Gamification for sales teams, without a CRM

Sales gamification your team plays by logging calls, not by feeding a CRM.

Points, week streaks and contests that run on what your team logs, with no CRM feeding them.

The other eight

Your top two win every week. What about the middle?

The same two names top your board each week, because it only counts closes. Your other eight are still making calls this week. They stopped looking at the board in week four, and you can't blame them.

01Points

Count the calls as well as the closes.

A rep on your team has made 40 calls and closed nothing. They should still move up. Give each tile a value from 0.5 to 100: a call might be 1, a meeting 3 and a close 5. The board ranks points, so the work counts as well as the win.

  • 0.5 to 100 points a tile
  • Rename, add or switch off tiles
  • Each tile's count beside the points

02Streaks

Reward showing up every week, not just the big weeks.

Your rep just had a bad month, and you don't want them to stop logging. One entry in a week keeps their streak going, and leave weeks don't break it. Milestones land at 2, 4, 8, 12, 26 and 52 weeks.

  • One entry keeps the week
  • Leave weeks don't break it
  • Shields cover a missed week

03One on one

Go one-on-one with a teammate, for a day or a week.

You've got a rep who ignores the board but really wants to beat Daniel. They can challenge one teammate on activities logged or points for a day or a week. The two of them see a split bar, and nobody else does. The result reaches the team feed only if both said yes.

  • They accept or decline
  • Only the two of them see it
  • Shared only if both agree

And the rest

Small things that keep the game fair

No CRMYour team logs straight in, so there's nothing to connect.
Old entriesPast entries keep the points they were logged with.
RenamingRename a tile, and old entries keep their name.
Contest tiesTies in a contest share a place.

Goes well with

Score the calls this week, not just the closes.

Bring your team's list of what counts, and we'll walk you through a sample week.

Before you add points

Will it still matter to them in week four?
