One on one meeting software, not another notebook
Run your 1:1s on facts, not on 'how was your week?'.
Book the time with a link. Open with their numbers. Write down what you agreed, and they get a read-only copy.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.

Last month
What did you agree last month? Neither of you is sure
You sit down with Daniel and ask how his week was. He says busy. You remember he was going to try something last month, but it's in a notebook. Twenty minutes later, you've both agreed to try harder.
01The time
Stop swapping messages to find a time.
You've sent three messages to find 30 minutes. Set your hours once and share one booking link. Your rep picks a slot, adds a note if they like, and you both get an email. Connect Google Calendar, and your busy times hide those slots.
- Share one link, with no login to book
- Bookings can land on your Google Calendar
- Your hoursSet once, shared on one link
- Google CalendarConnected, so your busy times hide those slots
02The card
Open with their last two weeks, on one card.
You've got two minutes before the 1:1. The 1:1 card has their last two complete weeks of points against target, how each step converted against the team, their streak, and how much of last time's list got done. Tap Use, and it drops into today's entry.
- Their last two complete weeks, against target
- How many items from last time got done
- One line on where to focus
- Last 2 weeks54 and 61 points, against a target of 60
- Streak6 weeks
- Last time2 of 3 done, with 1 item still open
- FocusMeetings dipped last month, so ask about that
- Today's entryDropped in with one tap on Use
03The notes
Write it down where they can read it.
Daniel shouldn't have to wonder what you wrote about him. Each person has a coaching sheet of dated entries, with your own columns. They get a read-only copy that says so: "Everything your manager wrote with you. You can read it all; only they can edit."
- Start with Topics, Action Plan and Remarks, and change them
- You choose a list, a spreadsheet or a document view
- Attach files, and export it as a CSV
- Your copyEverything your manager wrote with you.
- Your copyYou can read it all; only they can edit.
- Action Plan, Last ThuCall the old list, book 2 meetings
- Remarks, Last ThuBusy week, so we cut the list to one thing
04Next time
Start the next 1:1 with what got done.
You agreed three things. A month later, nobody remembers the third. When you save an entry, AI suggests tasks from your notes, and you choose which to assign. They land in your rep's task list, and next time's card shows how many got done.
- You pick which suggested tasks go out
- Your rep hears about each one
- The next card counts what's done
- Daniel TanAssigned: call the old listYou pick which go out
05The prep
Get an opener and two questions before you sit down.
Tap Prep me on a rep's page. The AI reads their last 30 days, their trend, their last three check-ins and your last five notes. It gives you an opener, two questions and one coaching move, and you decide what to use.
- It reads their numbers and your notes
- It gives you one opener and two questions
- You decide what to use
- It read30 days, his trend, 3 check-ins, your last 5 notes

And the rest
Small things that make the 1:1 easier
Goes well with
Open your next 1:1 with their last two weeks.
Bring one rep's last month, and we'll set up the sheet together.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
Before your next 1:1
Already meet every week?
You don't need it for the meeting. You'd use it for what's around the meeting: the numbers before you sit down, and what you agreed once you've stood up.
Yes, everything on the coaching sheet. That's on purpose. Keep anything you wouldn't say to them somewhere else.
No. Your columns act as the agenda, and the card gives you the opening. If you'd like a timed agenda, use our 1:1 agenda generator.
No. Booking and the sheet are separate today, so you add the entry yourself when you meet.
Points do. The conversions stay fixed on the default Set, Opening, Closing and Closed tiles, so a renamed tile won't show in them.
There's no public price for Palby Sales Tracker yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
