Sales tracker for Singapore sales teams and insurance agencies

Know who's on pace this week, without chasing anyone.

Most slow weeks show up too late. The signs were there days earlier, in who stopped logging calls.

30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.

No CRM to feed it. Your team logs from their phone, or with /log in Telegram.

Before and after

A week you only hear about when it's over is a week you can't coach.

The plan goes up in the group chat. A day later it's 40 messages up. When the week ends you add it up from the chat, a sheet and memory, and the rep who stopped calling shows up in next month's numbers. Have the team log as they go, and you see the drop the week it happens.

What it replaces

Before

  • Adding up the week from the group chat
  • An Excel tab somebody has to remember to fill
  • A ranking posted in the chat and scrolled away a day later
  • "How was your week?" in the team meeting
  • The new rep who went quiet in week three, noticed in week seven
  • A target sheet nobody checks

Now

  • A board that ranks the week as each call is logged
  • One tap per call, from the phone or Telegram
  • Last week's ranking in your team's group, on a set day and hour
  • Their numbers on the 1:1 card before you sit down
  • Anyone with no entry for 3 days flagged on your dashboard
  • Each person's points and daily average beside their name on the board

01Log it

One tap per call, not a report when the week's over.

A call ends, and it's logged before the phone's back in the pocket. Calls, meetings and closed deals are one tap each. Tapped the wrong one? Undo it. Had a busy day? Log the lot in one go. Your team can also log from a private Telegram chat with /log, or on WhatsApp once they've paired their number. A new team starts with nine tiles. Rename them, set the points anywhere from 0.5 to 100, add your own and switch off the rest. A phone sales team can log Calls, Demos and Proposals. Old entries keep the name and points they were logged with. Nobody can date an entry more than 7 days back. Late ones are marked, and you can read every edit.

    02See the pace

See the pace while the week can still change.

You can see who's on 38 points this week and who's on 4. The board moves as each call comes in. Rank this week, last week, this month, this year or any dates you pick, on Singapore weeks. Each person's points sit beside their count for every tile, with an Avg/day column if you want it, and Target % for anyone with a pledge. Anyone with no entry for 3 days is flagged on your dashboard, and flagged again at 7. Trends sit on your Analytics tab, and the report downloads as a CSV. Late entries and the edit trail sit on your Manager tab.

      03Coach

From 'how was your week?' to their numbers, so you can coach, not chase.

Your 1:1 starts with the week already on the card: their numbers, a radar against the team's median, and your notes in a coaching sheet with the columns you choose. They get a read-only copy. Short of time? Have the AI chat prep the 1:1 for you, or ask it how the whole team is doing this week and who has gone quiet. Weekly check-ins ask your team's own questions. When one's filed, the writer and their manager get an email, and each week you get a summary. Share a booking link with your coaching hours, and your team picks a time.

        04The Monday post

Make the week visible. Post it to the group every Monday.

Monday, 5pm: last week lands in the group your team already reads, on Telegram or WhatsApp. It lists everyone by points, the week's biggest risers and who logged nothing. We switch it on when we set up your team, for Monday at 5pm or another day and hour you ask for. The group also hears when someone logs a close and when a contest starts. Run a contest on calls, one tile, points or closes, once, weekly or monthly. Reward the top place, the top 3, the top 5 or everyone who reaches a number, with a prize line. The start posts by itself, and you post the standings with one tap, once a day.

          For insurance agencies

Keep each adviser's pledge in sight, every week.

Each adviser fills in a pledge sheet once a year: their FYC goal and average case size. It works back, through their closing, opening and set rates, to the Sets, Openings, Closings and cases they need each month and each week.

On the board, their weekly target is their pledge points times a bar you set, 30% by default, less leave and Singapore public holidays. Each week is marked Hit, Miss or On leave. A second board ranks FYC month to date and year to date, and each adviser sees how far they are from MDRT, COT and TOT, and what's left each week.

          Your team

Let them see their own week, not a stopwatch.

Your team sees their own streak and their own pace first. One entry in a week keeps the streak going. Leave weeks don't break it, and a shield covers a missed week. Milestones land at 2, 4, 8, 12, 26 and 52 weeks. Logging never asks where they are.

          Where it runs

No CRM to feed it. No report to build.

Your team logs straight in, from the phone's browser, Telegram or WhatsApp, so there's nothing to connect. Add it to the home screen and turn on alerts. New people join from an invite link, or ask to join and you approve them. Run one team, or several groups under one, each with its own managers.
