The month
Why the month's target feels far away
A monthly number doesn't tell you what to do next, and last week's ranking has scrolled up the group chat. So you keep going, and you find out at month end whether it was enough.
01Logging
Skip the form after every call.
You make calls, and you don't want to write about them. Tap the tile and you're done. Tapped the wrong one? Undo it. You can also log several at once, send /log in a private Telegram chat, or use WhatsApp once you've paired your number.
- Undo a wrong tap
- Nothing dated more than 7 days back
02Your goal
Show yourself how far you've got this week.
Month end is too late to find out you're behind. Your points sit against your weekly goal, and each call moves them. You or an admin can set the goal. Your target stays between the two of you, and the team sees points and rank.

Get credit for the calls as well as the closes.

041:1s
Walk into your 1:1 with the same numbers your manager has.
Your 1:1 stops being your memory against theirs. Your manager's notes go on a coaching sheet, and you get a read-only copy, so you can see what you both agreed. When you file your weekly check-in, you can ask a coach "What should I work on next?" It reads your past check-ins and your last 12 weeks of numbers.
- Your copyEverything your manager wrote with you.
- Your copyYou can read it all; only they can edit.

Common questions from sales reps
No. Logging never asks for your location.
What you log and when, your late entries and edits, your target and your weekly check-ins, which your team can read too. If your team uses the daily mood check-in, they also see the face you pick. They don't see your note.
Yes. Everyone sees the same ranking, and the weekly post names who logged nothing. Your target stays private, and contests name only the top places and show you your own.
No. Sign-up is by invite, so your team has to be on it. It's built around a shared board.
It runs in your phone's browser. Add it to your home screen and turn on alerts. There's no app to download from a store yet.
There's no public price yet. Your manager gets a price for the team on the walkthrough.
