Weekly team check-in

Hear from each rep every week, without another meeting.

Replace 'how was your week?' with a short check-in that has their numbers on it, and a Monday summary for you.

30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.

Monday morning

You ask how the week went, and nobody's sure

You go round the table and hear 'not bad', 'busy', 'a few good calls'. Nobody's looked at the numbers, and you've got 20 minutes before your next thing.

01Your questions

Write your own questions, or start with ours.

Every team wants to hear something different. Start with four: Wins this week, Obstacles this week, Your reflections this week and Any other remarks. A manager can rewrite them or switch any of them off.

  • Four to start
  • Written by you
  • Switch off what you don't use
Your questions - 4 to start
  1. Wins this weekKept as it is
  2. Obstacles this weekRewritten: Who's stuck, and why?
  3. Your reflections this weekKept as it is
  4. Any other remarksSwitched off

02Their numbers

Skip digging up the week's numbers.

Nobody wants to count last week's calls before they write. Pick the tiles you want to track, and each one shows as a target and an actual. The actual fills in from what they logged, and the target carries over from last week.

  • Pick any tile as a row
  • Actuals fill in from the log
  • Targets carry over

03Who's filed

Know who hasn't filed by Monday.

You shouldn't have to chase a form in the group chat. Check-ins are due on Sunday at 23:59, and anything filed by Monday at 23:59 is marked late. Your tracking tab shows this week, past weeks and each person's record. When someone files, they and the admin both get a copy by email.

  • Due Sunday at 23:59
  • Marked late until Monday at 23:59
  • Each person's record over time

04The summary

Read the week in one email on Monday morning.

You've got ten people's answers and one coffee. At 9.30am on Monday, managers get a summary of the team's check-ins, written by AI. You can open any one in full if something in it needs a word.

  • Monday, 9.30am Singapore time
  • The team's week in one email
  • You can still open any check-in

  3. ObstaclesTwo days lost to a client's site visit

05For your reps

Let them ask a coach about their own week.

A rep who's had a rough week may not want to start with you. They can ask a coach "What should I work on next?", and it reads their past check-ins and their logged numbers. Nothing replies unless they ask. Teammates can read a check-in, react with kudos and comment.

  • The rep asks, the rep reads
  • It works from their check-ins and logged numbers
  • Teammates can leave kudos and comments
