AI for your 1:1s
Ask who needs you this week, and get names.
An AI chat that reads your team's numbers. Ask who has gone quiet, or have it prep your next 1:1 with one thing to open with and two questions to ask.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
| You ask | It answers |
|---|---|
| Who needs attention this week? | Wei Ling has logged nothing since Friday. Daniel's calls are up, but his meetings are flat. |
| Prep me for a 1:1 with Daniel | Open with: his calls are up 20% and meetings haven't moved. Ask: what happens after the first call? Ask: who's stuck at the second one? |
Before the 1:1
Your 1:1 is in ten minutes, and you haven't looked at their week
You open the board, then last month's notes, then you run out of time. So you start with 'how was your week?', and you get 'not bad'.
01Ask
Say what you're trying to find out.
You have an hour for the team. Ask "Who needs attention this week?" or "Summarise the last 30 days across the team". It answers from a snapshot of the people you manage, with names, so you know who to speak to first.
- Starter questions on screen
- Type it, dictate it, or attach a photo
- Past chats stay on your device

04For your reps
Let your reps ask about their own week.
A rep filing a check-in can ask a coach "What should I work on next?" It reads their past check-ins and their last 12 weeks of logged numbers, and it answers them, not you. It only speaks when asked.
- The rep asks, the rep reads
- Their check-ins and their numbers
- It replies only when they ask
What should I work on next?
Daniel Tan
And the rest
What the AI can and can't do
Goes well with
Stop skipping 1:1s because the prep takes too long.
Bring the question you asked your team.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
Before you ask it anything
Can it really tell you who has gone quiet this week?
Yes, ask it. It answers from what your team logged, so you get names, not advice. It can still be wrong, so check anything you act on against the board.
No. The chat answers you, and your reps' coach answers the rep who asked. In Telegram it can assign a task, but only when you tell it to.
No. It reads what they log, and it doesn't listen to calls.
Mostly. It reads your own tiles and numbers. Its starter questions and some of its coaching are worded for an advisory team, so expect the odd insurance word.
There's no public price for Palby Sales Tracker yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
