Sales recognition, not only for closes

Recognise the everyday work, not just the biggest close.

A clap on a logged call, a pop-up for the week's top 3, and a post in the group when someone closes.

30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.

The meeting

Wins mentioned once in a meeting, then forgotten

Priya closes a deal. You mean to say something at the meeting, then the agenda runs over. Meanwhile, Farid has made 80 calls this week without a word from anyone. The people doing the dull work hear the least.

01Kudos

Give kudos on a logged call, not only on a close.

You scroll the team's day and tap Give kudos on Farid's entry. It's one tap, and you don't have to write anything. Your team can do the same on logged work, streak milestones and shared check-ins.

  • Anyone who can see an entry can clap for it
  • They get a push, and they can mute it
  • A 6pm email rounds up the day's kudos and comments

  2. Priya Nair, 1:15pmLogged a meeting

02The feed

See the milestones without anyone posting them.

Nobody posts their own streak, so it never gets mentioned. The feed posts a milestone by itself, at 2, 4, 8, 12, 26 and 52 weeks, and says when someone has just joined.

  • New joiners get a line in the feed
  • Someone on a streak doesn't have to post it

03The top 3

Don't rely on remembering last week's top 3.

On Monday, the app ranks last week's points across the whole team. The top 3 see a pop-up at their next login, and nobody else does. You don't have to remember it.

  • It's the whole team's top 3, not each group's
  • Only those three see it, and the board is open to all
Last week's top 3 - Monday
  1. Priya Nair1st across the team. Pop-up at her next login37
  2. Daniel Tan2nd. Pop-up at his next login22
  3. Farid Ismail3rd. Pop-up at his next login17
  4. Wei Ling GohNo pop-up. The board's still open to her.

04The risers

Show the risers beside the top of the board.

You've seen the same two names at the top for months, and the rest stopped looking. The board also shows Most improved and each person's 4-week best, so you can recognise a rep for beating their own numbers.

  • Most improved is measured against their own last 4 weeks
  • Each person has a 4-week best
  • The weekly group post names the risers too
Board - most improved

05The group

Put closes and appointments in the group chat.

Your team reads the group chat, so that's where a win counts. Your admin can post each close and each appointment set to Telegram or WhatsApp. Both start switched off.

  • Off until your admin turns it on
  • A close post shows who, what and its figures
  • Photos from the close go with it
Team group chat
  1. Priya Nair closed. The post shows what, its figures and a photo.

  2. Great one, Priya.

And the rest

Small things, and what kudos won't do

Mute itEach person can switch off the Cheers & kudos push.
CommentsComment on entries and milestones.
ContestsA contest can carry a prize line, which you hand over yourself.
CashKudos don't turn into cash, and there's no rewards store.
