Every week

A ranking you type up every week, gone a day later

You add up last week from the app, a sheet and memory. You paste it in the group, someone replies with a thumbs up, and a day later it's 40 messages up. Next week you do it again.

01The post

Show the group everyone's week, not only the top.

The post is for the whole team, so the whole team's in it. Everyone with points is ranked by last week's total, with their counts underneath. The week's biggest risers get a line, and so does anyone who logged nothing.

  • It covers last Monday to Sunday, whichever day it posts
  • Risers are measured against their own last 4 weeks
  • A full week of leave keeps someone off the Inactive list
Team group · Monday, 5pm

Last week's ranking

  1. 1. Priya Nair: 41 points
  2. 2. Daniel Tan: 32 points
  3. 3. Farid Ismail: 19 points

Biggest risers

Daniel Tan +8, Farid Ismail +4, Priya Nair +1

02Setting it up

Your admin switches it on, links the group and picks a time.

It starts switched off. Your admin turns it on in settings, pastes in the group's chat ID, and picks a day and an hour in Singapore time. It's Monday at 5pm unless they change it. We can do it with you when we set up your team.

  • The bot has to be in the group
  • An admin picks the day and hour, in Singapore time
  • A group of reps can post to its own chat

04In private

Log a call without leaving Telegram.

A rep's already in Telegram when the call ends. Connect the private assistant and send /log, and it shows your team's own tiles as buttons. A plain sentence works too: "log 2 appointments set". Managers can ask about the team with /team.

  • It's a private chat, not the group
  • Tiles you've added show as buttons
  • /team is for managers

05Or WhatsApp

Already on WhatsApp? Post the rankings there instead.

Your team might live on WhatsApp instead, and that's fine. Link a WhatsApp group, and the same weekly post goes there. Reps can also log on WhatsApp once they've paired their number.

  • It posts to Telegram, WhatsApp or both, as you set it
  • Each rep pairs their own number before logging there
