Month end
Three managers, three sheets, and no view of the whole team
You've got three groups, and each manager keeps their own sheet. At month end you ask for all three, line them up and find one of them has counted calls differently. By then, the month's gone.
01Groups
Put each rep in one group, under its own managers.
You're adding a fourth manager, and the team's already messy. An admin creates the group and moves the reps across. Each rep sits in one group, so nobody gets counted twice, and each group can have more than one manager.
- An admin creates groups and moves people
- A rep who wants to move asks, and the manager approves it
- Each rep belongs to one group at a time

02The board
Get an overview of the whole team, then open one person.
You want the whole team before you ring North's manager. The board opens on your group. Switch it to the whole team, filter by group, then tap a name to see that person's week, tile by tile.

- A switch shows the whole team

03Roles
Give each person the view their job needs.
Your reps need to log and see the board. Your managers need more than that, and you don't want to set it up person by person. Managers get the Analytics tab, the manager tab and every row's Target %. A rep sees points for everyone, and a target for themselves only.
- Admins run the whole team
- Managers run their own group
- Members log, and see the board and their own target
- Manager seesEvery row's Target %: 76%, 54%, 46%, 8%And the Analytics and manager tabs
04New people
Bring a new rep into the right group, with one link.
A new rep starts, and you don't want to add them by hand. A group's manager makes an invite link. The rep asks to join from it, the manager approves, and they're in that group.
- Set a seat limit or an end date on a link
- Approve each person from one queue
- Turn a link off whenever you want
- YouMade an invite link for East

And the rest

Before you set it up
Worried your managers will keep their own sheets anyway?
They might not, and nothing here stops them. The board fills in as reps log, so nobody has to add anything up for you, and you'll have the same numbers for every group either way.
Yes, the points. Everyone on the team can read the board. Each rep sees only their own target, and managers see everyone's.
No. Each rep belongs to one group at a time. To move, they ask from an invite link and that group's manager approves it, or an admin moves them.
No, that's an admin's job. A manager makes invite links and approves who joins their group.
Yes. Inside the app, the whole team is called a district and each group an agency. Those two labels stay the same for every team today.
There's no public price for Palby Sales Tracker yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
