Best sales leaderboard software: seven compared on who keeps the board current
Some boards read your CRM. Others take a number from each rep. Here's who keeps each one current, where it shows and what it costs, read from each tool's own pages.
We make Palby Sales Tracker, so that one's ours. The other six suit some teams better, and each section says which.
As of November 2026. Each tool's details are from its own pages, read on 2 November 2026. Plans and prices change, so check them before you pay.
The seven, one by one
Palby Sales Tracker (ours)
We make Palby Sales Tracker, so that one's ours.
Your reps keep this board current. One tap logs a call, meeting or close, with undo, and you set what each tile is worth, from 0.5 to 100 points. The board runs this week, last week, this month, this year or any dates. A weekly post goes to your team's Telegram or WhatsApp group on a set day and hour, listing everyone ranked, the biggest risers and who logged nothing. Entries can't be dated more than 7 days back.
Best for: a team of 5 to 30 that reports the week in a group chat or a sheet, with no CRM anyone keeps clean.
Pick something else if: your numbers already live in a CRM or dialler, because nothing feeds this board from either one. Contest results don't post by themselves, since a manager taps to post the standings. There's no TV display either.
Price: there's no public price yet, so book a walkthrough and ask.
Spinify
Spinify reads your CRM or spreadsheets, and its pricing page names Salesforce and HubSpot. A competition can be single person, single goal, head to head or multiplayer. The Business plan lists TV displays.
Best for: sales teams of 5 or more whose CRM already holds the numbers.
Pick something else if: nobody keeps your CRM clean, because the board reads what's in it.
Price: Business shows US$25 a user a month, billed annually, with a 5-user minimum. You can book a demo or start a trial with no card.
Plecto's leaderboard page says it ranks reps on KPIs from your CRM, phone system or spreadsheets, and it lists 150+ systems. You connect a data source, build a KPI and add it to a leaderboard, which takes up to 30 people. Its pages say people who aren't tracked can view for no charge.
Best for: a team that wants sales and support numbers ranked from the systems it already runs.
Pick something else if: you have fewer than 10 people to track, since the minimum is 10 licenses, or you want contests on the lower plan, because they're listed under Large.
Price: Medium is US$24 and Large US$37.20 per tracked license a month, billed annually, with a 14-day trial.
Hoopla reads your CRM, with Salesforce and HubSpot named, or Google Sheets, Excel and APIs. Office TVs run on its own hardware. Remote people use a secure link or its iOS and Android app.
Best for: a team that wants the board on an office TV and on remote people's phones.
Pick something else if: you want to see a price before you book a demo.
Price: not printed. Its pricing link opens the demo page, where you can ask about a 30-day trial.
SalesScreen reads your CRM and other sales tools. The leaderboard shows on office screens, laptops and phones. Scale is for 10 reps or more, and Pro for 15 or more.
Best for: teams of 10 or more whose activity is already in those tools.
Pick something else if: you have fewer than 10 reps and want more than Essentials, since Scale starts at 10.
Price: Scale US$30 and Pro US$45 a user a month, as its pricing page shows them. Essentials starts with a 30-day trial and no card, then runs monthly.
Geckoboard sells dashboards that read 90+ tools. Its product page names leaderboards for reps and agents, and its pricing page shows plans from US$79 a month.
Best for: a team that wants sales numbers beside support or operations numbers on one screen.
Pick something else if: you want contests, which the pages we read don't mention.
Price: Essentials from US$79 a month and Performance from US$319, billed annually, after a 14-day trial with no card.
Leaderboarded
Leaderboarded makes boards for sales teams, classrooms and sports. A manager enters the scores, or reps enter their own through a scorekeeper link with no login. Any TV with a browser can show the board from a link. It says a CRM connection is in the works.
Best for: a team that only wants a ranked board, at one flat price.
Pick something else if: you want CRM numbers on the board by themselves, since it has no automatic sync yet.
Price: free for 2 boards with the top 25 shown. Plus, which adds the scorekeeper link, is US$19 a month and Pro US$39, billed once a year.
Questions
It depends on who'll keep it current. If your reps will enter their own numbers, look at Palby Sales Tracker (ours) or Leaderboarded. If a clean CRM already holds them, look at Spinify, Plecto, Hoopla or SalesScreen.
No. Palby Sales Tracker and Leaderboarded take numbers from people, and Spinify, Plecto and Hoopla also read spreadsheets. Palby Sales Tracker doesn't connect to a CRM or dialler at all, so pick a tool that does if that's where your numbers live.
On the pages we read on 2 November 2026: Leaderboarded is free for 2 boards, Spinify's Business plan shows US$25 a user a month, Plecto starts at US$24 per tracked license, SalesScreen's Scale at US$30 a user and Geckoboard at US$79 a month. Hoopla doesn't print a price, and Palby Sales Tracker has no public price yet.
Yes on six of the seven. Spinify, Plecto, Hoopla, SalesScreen, Geckoboard and Leaderboarded all name office TVs or screens. Palby Sales Tracker has no TV display. Your team sees it on their phones and in the weekly group post.
Nobody can promise that. In Palby Sales Tracker a log is one tap with undo, each rep sees their own streak and pace, and the weekly post shows who logged nothing.
Not in Palby Sales Tracker. The standings count up from what your reps log, and a manager taps to post them to the group. If you want wins announced for you, Hoopla's home page names automated win announcements.
Pick the board your team will keep current.
If that's one your reps log themselves, book a walkthrough and bring last week's numbers.
