Insurance agency software
Insurance agency software that shows who prospected this week.
It tracks your agency's activity and FYC week by week, and it leaves policies and payouts to the systems you already have.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
- Your advisers log from their phone, or with /log in Telegram.

A district's board on This week, on the whole-district switch, with made-up names.
What's missing
The cracks a policy system can't show you
Your policy and commission systems know what was sold and what was paid. They can't tell you who made their appointments this week, or whether a first-year adviser is still prospecting. That lives in a group chat, a pledge sheet and the weekly meeting.
01Your tiles
Start with the nine tiles an agency already counts.
Sets, Openings, Closings, Closed and five more, each one tap with its points set. An admin can rename them, change the points, add their own and switch any off. The pledge sheet and the funnel read only Set, Opening, Closing and Closed, so keep those four.

02Pledges
Keep every pledge on the board, not in a folder.
A yearly FYC goal and an average case size work down to Sets, Openings, Closings and cases a week. The board marks each adviser's week Hit, Miss or On leave against a bar your managers pick, less leave and Singapore public holidays.
- One sheet for each adviser, each year
- Anyone in the district can read a pledge sheet
- Only the adviser and their manager see the target on the board

03Your structure
Give each agency its own board, under one district.
You need the district in one view, and each manager needs their own. The board opens on one agency, and a switch shows the whole district. Each agency can have more than one manager, and each adviser sits in one agency. Managers get the Analytics and Manager tabs, and advisers get the board and their own target.
- Admin, manager and member roles
- An invite link for each agency
- A leader approves each new person

04First-year advisers
See how your first-year advisers are doing, week by week.
A new adviser joins from your link and starts with a checklist and your onboarding course. No entry for 3 days puts them on their manager's list. Their streak, their pledge and their logged cases sit on one file.
- Flagged at 3 days, and again at 7
- It doesn't track licences or exams

05Your advisers
Don't force your advisers into something they hate.
Advisers open a tracker when it gives them something back. Each one logs in one tap and sees their own streak, their week against their pledge, their FYC adding up and how far they are from MDRT. Logging never asks where they are.
- It runs in the phone's browser
- MDRTFrom the FYC on his logged cases41%

The line
What it doesn't do
It sits beside your policy system. It doesn't replace it.
| Stays in your own systems | Tracked here |
|---|---|
| Policy records, renewals and lapses | Sets, Openings, Closings and cases, as logged |
| Commission statements and payouts | First-year commission as each adviser enters it |
| Licences, exams and compliance records | Courses, quizzes and who has finished them |

Before you switch
What agencies ask before they switch
No. It records what each adviser closed, with no policy numbers, renewals or lapses, and it pays nobody. It tracks their activity, pledges and the FYC they log.
No. It isn't built to suggest a product or a plan. A closed case records what the adviser sold.
It adds up the first-year commission on each logged case, typed in or worked out by a calculator for one insurer's products. It won't reconcile a statement or work for any other insurer's rates.
No. Every figure is what your advisers enter, with late entries marked and edits you can read.
Yes, on the board's whole-district switch if an admin turns it on, and anyone in the district can read pledge sheets.
There's no public price for Palby Sales Tracker yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
