See the month's FYC as cases close, not when the statement comes.
Each policy, its premium and its FYC go on the case as it closes, so the board shows the month while there's still time left in it.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.

Month end
The month's FYC arrives after the month is gone
Your advisers keep their cases in their own Excel, if they keep them at all. You hear the month's number when the statement arrives, and by then there's nothing left to do about it but talk about next month.
01The case
Add every policy, with its premium and FYC.
An adviser signs two policies, and you'd like to hear about it today. They tap Closed, pick each product from a searchable list or type their own, and add the annualised premium. For a product on the list, Year-1 FYC fills in from its rate, and they can change it. For one they type, they enter it themselves.
- Add another policy to the same case
- Change the FYC, or reset it to the calculated one
- A draft saves while they type
- Priya Nair, 11:40amTapped Closed, two policies signed
02Tag-team
Split a tag-team case 50/50, and count it once.
Two advisers sat in the same meeting, and you don't want to referee it. They pick who closed it together. Points and FYC split 50/50, and the case counts once, so your agency's total isn't doubled.
- Pick a partner when you log it
- You can edit the partner afterwards
- The group post names both of them
- Priya NairHalf the FYC, 2.5 pointsS$480
- Daniel TanHalf the FYC, 2.5 pointsS$480
- Agency total1 case, not 2S$960Counted once
03The log
Keep every case an adviser has closed in one log.
You're coaching a new adviser, and you want to show them how the others do it. Each person's closed cases sit in one log, with the policy, premium, FYC and what they learned. Your own you can edit or delete. A teammate's you can only read.
- What they learned is shared with the team
- Photos are optional
- Managers can read 14 days of edits
- Whole life plan, TueS$2,400 premium. Asked about her son's plan tooS$960A teammate's case: you can only read it
- Term plan, TueS$1,200 premium. Wanted her husband in the roomS$300
- Whole life plan, Last weekS$3,000 premium. Booked a review before leavingS$1,200
04The board
See each adviser's FYC this month and this year.
You want to know who's short before the month ends. The FYC board ranks your advisers by month to date and year to date, from the cases they've logged. The activity board keeps counting the calls and appointments behind them.
- Month to date and year to date
- Each adviser's Goals page shows their pace to MDRT, COT and TOT
- Every figure comes from what they've logged
- Priya NairMonth to date. Year to date S$41,200S$1,980
- Daniel TanMonth to date. Year to date S$33,600S$1,440
- Farid IsmailMonth to date. Year to date S$27,900S$900

05The group
Post each close to the group, if you want it there.
Your admin can have each close posted to your Telegram or WhatsApp group. The post names who closed it and shows the policy, the premium and the FYC, so check the agency's happy with that first. It stays off until you switch it on.
- Off until your admin turns it on
- Photos go with the post
- Tag-team cases name both advisers
Priya Nair and Daniel Tan closed a case.

And the rest
Small things that keep the numbers straight
Goes well with
Stop waiting for the statement.
Bring one adviser's last month of cases, and we'll log one together.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
Before you move your cases
Will your advisers really log each case?
It's one tap on Closed, then the policy and the premium, on the phone in their hand. Their case feeds their own FYC and pace, so there's something in it for them.
Not by itself. Premium and FYC are what your advisers enter, and they can edit their own. Nothing here is checked against the insurer's records.
The built-in list covers one insurer's products today, with first-year rates. Advisers with another insurer type the product and enter the FYC by hand.
No. It records what closed and what it's worth in year one. It isn't a policy admin system, so keep that one for policy records.
Yes. Anyone on the team can read a teammate's closed cases, and a group post shows the figures, so tell your team before they start.
There's no public price for Palby Sales Tracker yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
