See who's behind, while the week can still change.
Each rep sees this week's number and how far along they are. You see everyone's, while the week can still change.

This week
A target nobody checks
You set the targets in January, and they went in a sheet. You could open it and work out who's behind, or you could wait for the month to tell you.
01The number
Give each rep a weekly number they can see.
A yearly target doesn't tell anyone what to do today. Each rep has a weekly goal in points, which they can set themselves or an admin can set for them. Each call they log moves them closer, and they can see how far they've got.
- A weekly goal in points
- Set by the rep, or by an admin
- Their own week, in front of them
- Farid Ismail21 of 60 points this week21
02Your view
See everyone's week against their own goal.
You don't want to wait for the week to end to find out. Each rep's file shows this week against their goal: "27 of 80 points this week." Your Baseline view counts how many recent weeks each person fell under your bar, so a slide stands out by name.
- This week against their goal
- Weeks under the bar, by name
- Only managers can open it

03The bar
Choose how much of the goal counts this week.
Not every week should ask for everything. The bar on your board starts at 30% and you can change it. A week of leave or a Singapore public holiday takes that share off the target, so a rep on leave isn't marked as missing it.
- 30% until you change it
- Leave comes off the target
- Singapore public holidays too

04For insurance agencies
For insurance agencies: turn the pledge sheet into a weekly target.
Each adviser fills in a pledge sheet once a year, with their FYC goal and average case size. It works back through their closing, opening and set rates to the Sets, Openings, Closings and cases they need each month and week. On the board, that becomes a weekly target marked Hit, Miss or On leave.
- A yearly FYC goal and case size
- Sets, Openings, Closings and cases
- Hit, Miss or On leave each week

05For insurance agencies
For insurance agencies: see what's left each week to reach MDRT.
Each adviser's goals page reads the FYC on their logged cases and shows how far they are from MDRT, COT and TOT, plus your agency's own promotion targets. It shows what's left a week and a month. That's arithmetic on what they logged, not a forecast.

- What's left a week and a month

- COTReached14%
- TOTReached7%

Before you set a number
Set targets in a spreadsheet once, and stopped looking?
That's the usual end for a target sheet, because nobody updates it. Here the points fill in as your team logs, so the number's current when you look.
On the board, only the rep and their manager. Everyone else sees points and rank. On an insurance team, anyone in the district can read a pledge sheet itself.
Not in dollars, unless you're an insurance team using FYC. For everyone else, the goal is points.
Not as its own goal. A goal counts points across all tiles, so you'd set a call's points and the weekly number to suit.
No. On an insurance team, the pledge is yearly, and the week's number comes from it.
