For insurance agency managers

See who's on pace to their pledge, without waiting for the weekly meeting.

Each adviser logs Sets, Openings, Closings and cases in one tap. You see them against the pledge, and each week reads Hit, Miss or On leave.

30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.

  • No CRM to feed it.
  • Your advisers log from their phone, or with /log in Telegram.

The kick-off

The pledge sheet goes in a folder, and the month's FYC arrives after the month

Everyone pledges at the kick-off, and a few weeks later nobody remembers the number. You hear the pace from the group chat and the weekly meeting. The new adviser who stopped prospecting in week three shows up in week seven.

01The pledge

See performance against each pledge, week by week.

A yearly goal doesn't tell you who's short this week. Each adviser enters their FYC goal and average case size, and the sheet works back through their ratios to Sets, Openings, Closings and cases a week. On the board that's a points target beside their name, at a bar you pick from 20% to 80%, less leave and Singapore public holidays.

  • The bar goes back to 30% each time you open the view
  • A full week of leave reads On leave, never Miss
  • Advisers see their own target, and you see everyone's

02Quiet weeks

See who's gone quiet, at 3 days and at 7.

An adviser who stops logging may have stopped prospecting. Needs you today lists who needs a word first: no entry for 3 days, then furthest behind their pledge, then trending down over 30 days. Send a nudge from the list, or open their card.

  • Flagged at 3 days, and again at 7
  • Anyone on leave drops to the bottom
  • Late entries and edits on your Manager tab

03FYC

See FYC add up from each logged case.

You shouldn't have to wait for the month to close to see FYC. A closed case records each policy, its annualised premium and first-year commission, with notes, photos and any partner who shared it. A second board ranks FYC month to date and year to date. Each adviser sees how far they are from MDRT, COT and TOT, worked out from what they've logged so far.

  • Your Analytics tab shows Set to Closed
  • A shared case splits 50/50

041:1s

Start each 1:1 with their pledge and their last two weeks.

You've got a limited number of 1:1s to spend, so start each one with the numbers. The card fills in their last two weeks against their pledge, their funnel against the team, their streak and last time's actions. Your notes go on a sheet with the columns you choose, and they get a read-only copy.

  • A radar on their file compares them with the team's median
  • Share a booking link with your coaching hours
  • The AI chat can prep the 1:1

05The group

Post the week's rankings to your group, without typing them.

The post goes to your Telegram or WhatsApp group, with everyone ranked by points, their Sets, Openings, Closings and Closed, the biggest risers and who logged nothing. It starts switched off. An admin turns it on, and it goes out on Monday at 5pm unless you pick another day and hour.

  • A close posts to the group too
