One made-up adviser's week, from their own pledge. An example, not a benchmark.

The weekly report

You add up your own numbers every week

You go back through your calendar and the chat, you write a number in the sheet, and you give it at the meeting. Meanwhile your yearly goal says nothing about this week.

01Logging

Stop adding up your week from memory.

You already know what you did this week, so tap it as you go. Each Set, Opening and Closing is one tap. A case also takes its policies, annualised premium and first-year commission, with notes and photos if you want them. You can log with /log in a private Telegram chat too.

  • Undo a wrong tap
  • Log several at once
  • Nothing dated more than 7 days back

02Your pledge

See what your pledge asks of you this week.

A yearly goal is hard to act on, so break it down. Enter your FYC goal and average case size, and the sheet works back through your ratios to Sets, Openings, Closings and cases a week. On the board, you see your points against your target, less leave and Singapore public holidays.

  • Change the ratios to match your own
  • Only you and your manager see your target on the board
  • Anyone in your district can read a pledge sheet

03FYC

See your FYC add up, case by case.

Your year-to-date FYC comes from the cases you log. It shows how far you are from MDRT, COT and TOT, and what's left. A board ranks FYC month to date and year to date.

  • FYC month to date and year to date
  • There's a commission calculator for one insurer's products

04The slow weeks

See your own progress in the weeks with no close.

A week with no case still shows your work, because each Set and Opening earns points. One entry in a week keeps your streak going, and leave weeks don't break it.

  • Your count sits beside your points on the board

051:1s

Walk into your 1:1 with the same numbers your manager has.

Your 1:1 stops being your memory against theirs. Your manager's notes go on a coaching sheet, and you get a read-only copy. In your weekly check-in, you can ask a coach what to work on next, and it reads your past check-ins and your last 12 weeks of numbers.
