The calls are in one rep's notebook, the meetings are in the group chat, and the sheet is a week behind. Everyone works hard, and nobody can say who's ahead until someone adds it up.
01Your tiles
Count the calls and meetings your team actually makes.
A tracker only helps if it counts what your team does. A new team starts with nine tiles. Rename them, set the points anywhere from 0.5 to 100, add your own and switch off the rest. Old entries keep the name and points they were logged with.

See a live snapshot of the team's week.
Your team can stop asking who's ahead. The board moves within seconds of each log and ranks points, with each tile's count beside every name, for this week, last week, this month, this year or any dates. Weeks run Monday to Sunday, Singapore time.

03The group
Keep the whole team on the week's numbers.
A ranking in the app only reaches people who open it. Last week's can land in your Telegram or WhatsApp group: everyone by points, the biggest risers and who logged nothing. It starts switched off. An admin turns it on, and it goes out on Monday at 5pm unless you pick another day and hour.

It can happen, because everyone sees the same ranking and the weekly post names who logged nothing. Targets stay private, contests name only the top places, and each rep's own streak and goal are the first thing they see.
