Recruitment KPIs
Know which consultant has gone quiet before the placements dry up.
Your consultants log each call, CV and interview in one tap, so you can see this week's work on one board.
30 minutes. You choose the day and the time.
- There's nothing to connect, and it doesn't read your ATS.

A recruitment team on This week, with made-up names. A call is worth 1 point, a CV sent 3, an interview 4 and a placement 5.
Three places
Your recruiting KPIs live in three places
Calls sit in one system, CVs in the ATS and the week's plan in a sheet. You add them up for the weekly meeting. A consultant's quiet month shows up a quarter later, when the placements don't.
01Your tiles
Set up the KPIs your consultants work on.
A placement can take months, so count the work that leads to it. Rename the starting tiles to what your consultants do, add your own, set the points and switch off the rest. A CV sent can be worth 3 points and a placement 5.

The recruiting KPIs a team can log
An example set. You choose the names and points.
| Tile | Points | What it tells you |
|---|---|---|
| Call | 1 | Who's on the phone |
| CV sent | 3 | Who has candidates moving |
| Interview | 4 | Which CVs clients said yes to |
| Placement | 5 | What the work turned into |
02The board
Rank consultants on the work, not only the placements.
A consultant on a hard desk still shows up for the calls they made. The board ranks points, with each tile's count beside every name, for this week, last week, this month, this year or any dates.
- Add Avg/Day and Avg/Week columns
- Each person's target stays between them and you
- Calls21 calls at 1 point each21No placement, and they still count

03Quiet weeks
See who's gone quiet while there's time to help.
No entry for 3 days puts a consultant on your list, and 7 flags them again. Send a nudge, or start their 1:1 with the last two weeks on the card, against their weekly goal.

No. Your consultants tap each call, CV and interview in, on top of their work in the ATS. If your ATS reports already show you this each week, you may not need this.
Not in dollars. It counts placements as a tile, with the points you set.
Yes. A contest can count any one tile, every week, every month or once.
Logging never asks where they are, and the board counts only what they log. Everyone sees the same board.
You'll meet some of its words. Your tiles, points and board use yours, but the weekly post's count line and a few screens keep insurance wording. We'll show you which ones on the walkthrough.
There's no public price for Palby Sales Tracker yet, so you'll get a price for your team on the walkthrough.
